Цель изобретени  - распюрение j технологических возможностей устройства за счет подачи цилиндрических изделий различных диаметров.The purpose of the invention is to align the j technological capabilities of the device by feeding cylindrical products of different diameters.

Устройство содержит бункер 1 с издели ми 2 и периодически вращаю- 15 щийс  барабан 3 (привод вращени  не показан). Барабан 3 состоит из нескольких пар поворотных дисков 4 и неповоротных дисков 5. Поворотные диски 2 установлены соосно с не- 20 поворотными дисками 5 с возможностью поворота на некоторый угол относительно дисков 5. Диски 4 и 5 имеют пазы 6 дл  изделий 2. Между дисками 4 и 5 в каждом паду 6 наход тс  25 перекрещивающиес  рычаги-упоры 7 и 8, шарнирно соединенные между собой. Кроме зтого, рычаги 7 шарнирно закреплены на поворотном диске 4, а рычаги 8 - на неповоротном диске 5. зо Дл  фиксации поворотного диска 4 при настройке устройства на определенный диаметр изделий 2 диск 4 имеет криволинейные пазы 9, в которых наход тс  фиксирующие болты 10. Предварительно барабан 3 настраиваетс  на определенный диаметр изделий 2. При настройке на максимальный диаметр (фиг.1) пазы 6 дисков 4 и 5 совмещены, а рычаги-упоры 7 и 8 утоплены. При настройке барабана 3 на меньщий диаметр изделий 2 (фиг.З) ослабл етс  зат жка фиксирующих болтов 10 и диски 4 поворачивают относительно диска 5 на угол, необходимый дл  получени  нужной ширины паза 6. При этом фиксирующий болт 10 скользит по криволинейному пазу 9. При повороте диска 4 рычаг 7 воздействует на рычаг 8 и концы рычагов 7 и 8, поворачива сь, вьщвигаютс  по направлению к внешнему диаметру .дисков 4 и 5. Глубина паза 6 при этом получаетс  достаточной дл  размещени  в нем только одного издели  2. Затем фиксирующий болт 10 зажимают, фиксиру  диск 4. После окончани  настройки барабана 3 в бункер 1 загружаетс  пакет изделий 2. При этом одно изделие 2 попадает в паз 6. После поворота барабан 3 изделие 2 скатьгоаетс  по разгрузочному лотку 11 в зону обработки.The pre-drum 3 is adjusted to a certain diameter of the products 2.
