11865 5 554 Предлагаемый ленточно-цеппой конвейер эффективен в работе, позвол ет транспортировать насьтные грузы располагаемые в карманах грузонесущего полотна , без про сыпи .The invention relates to the field of hoisting and transport machinery, namely, to chain-chain conveyors transporting bulk cargo at a large angle of inclination to the horizon. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity and increase the efficiency of the conveyor in operation by eliminating spills during the transportation of bulk materials. On fi, 1 shows a chain conveyor belt, general view; Fig, 2 cargo branch of the load-carrying canvas, axonometric; Fig. 3 shows the end sprocket enveloped by the chain and the different positions of the frames. The belt-chain conveyor contains frame 1 with 2 slave 3 and 4 leading daughters installed on the neals of 2 slaves. The asterisks 3 and 4 envelop two bvskone-1 but closed circuits of chains 5. Between chains 5 with equal pitch, horizontal cross-links are established in the form of frames having longitudinal 6 and transverse 7 and 8 plates, and the transverse plate 8 is arcuate and flexibly. To all four sides of the framework, the load-carrying canvas 9, which forms the pockets 10 for bulk cargo, is hinged, the Grueo-carrying canvas 9 is single and, together with the curved flexible plates, forms a yellow surface and sagging below the level of the longitudinal plates 6 In the front part of the frame, the load-carrying canvas 9 bends around the crossbar 7 at the top, and in the inner part - at the bottom (Fig. 2. Between the two frames when they pass the asterisk 3, the length of the part of the load-carrying canvas 9 must provide tension according to the weight of the bulk cargo and diameter of the convex roller 1 of the pushing mechanism, t On the longitudinal plates 6, stops 12 are fixed, supported on chains and constantly holding plates 6 in a horizontal position:. The centers 1 of fastening the longitudinal plates 6 to the contours of chains 5 are shifted towards the frame 1 of the conveyor and with respect to the price py severity frameworks (FIG.). In the place of gathering of chains 5 from driven sprockets 3, an ejecting mechanism is installed in the form of a convex rotating roller 11. Forming the last 5th has a convex shape, the largest radius of which is equal to the greatest radius of concavity of the groove of transverse flexible plates 8 and the load-carrying canvas 9. Above the cargo branch of the load-carrying canvas a bunker 14 is installed to load it evenly with pockets 10 with a bulk load. The belt-chain conveyor operates as follows. When the leading sprockets 4 rotate in the direction indicated by the arrow, the contours of the chains 5, together with the horizontally positioned pivotally fixed frames and the load-carrying canvas 9 forming the pocket 10, rise. The bulk carrier is located in the pockets 10, continuously coming from the storage hopper 14, the frames are held horizontally by the stops 12, In the area of the sprockets 3, the projecting front part of the frames together with the hinge-mounted load-carrying canvas 9 moves along a circle with a larger radius than the contours the chains 5 and the lowest point of the pocket 10 itself, therefore the pocket 10 does not fold. The pockets 10 of the load carrying web 9, the raid on the rotating roller 11 of the ejector mechanism, are freed from the bulk load. The presence of transverse flexible plates B in the frame at the same time does not prevent unloading, In position (Fig. 3j, the plane of the load-carrying fabric 9 runs onto the pulley 11 of the ejector mechanism and the pocket 10 starts to turn outward. The cross-frame flexible plate 8 of the frame is incident on the roller 11 when this is curved, copying the roller 11 and turning out the pocket 10 of the load-carrying blade 9 and thereby facilitating rapid unloading. In the position and the process of unscrewing the pockets 10, In the position continues, and then the unloading process ends. living at these moments from turning over by a tensioned load carrying sheet 9 and partly by stops 12, take an inverted horizontal position. Starting from the position (pockets 10 of the load carrying sheet 9 are completely inverted under their own weight and completely freed from saturation cargo. The process of passing the framework with the pocket 10 the load-carrying web 9 of the winding sprockets 4 is carried out in the reverse order. 11865 5 554 The proposed belt-and-chain conveyor is efficient in operation and allows transporting the cargoes s located in the pockets of the load-carrying fabric, without pro rash.
