9 Од Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к устройствам дл наложени швов. Цель изобретени - снижение трав матизации тканей глаза при наложении шва на радужную оболочку и сокращени времени проведени операции. На фиг 1 изображен инструмент дп наложени швов, общий вид; на фиг.2 то же, рабоча часть; на фиг. 3 - Ю инструмент с толкателем, вид сбоку. Инструмент дл наложени швов содержит изогнутую иглу 1 с отверстием на конце 2, установленную на ручке 3, дополнительную иглу 4, толкатель 5 и направл ющие 6 и 7. В направл ющих 6 и 7 установлены иглы 1 и 4 с возможностью перемещени , св занше с толкателем 5, а руч ка 3 выполнена в виде шприца с полой насадкой 8. Рабочие части игл 1 и 4 изогнуты по отношению к продольной оси 9 инструмента под углом 30 . Инструмент работает следующим образом. В шприц через насадку 8 набираетс физиологический раствор хлористого натри . В отверсти двух микрохирургических игл 1 и 4 вводитс супра- МИД или виргинский шелк 8/00, 10/00, Иглы 1 и 4 путем воздействи на толкатель 5 вдвигаютс в направл ющие 6 и 7. Устройство готово к работе. Через разрез в лимбе (3 мм) рабоча часть устройства вводитс в переднюю камеру к зрачковому краю радужки Поршнем шприца физиологический раствор подаетс струей через полую насадку 8. Стру физиологического раствора под давлением приподнимает радужку, в этот момент хирург указательньм пальцем руки, в которой держит все устройство, давит толкатель 5, который вызывает выдвижение двух игл 1 и 4. Последние прошивают радужку. Последующие этапы зав зывани швов осуществл ютс обычным способом. Использование предлагаемого устройства уменьшает травматизацию тканей глаза, облегчает манипул ции хирурга. A physiological saline solution is drawn into the syringe through the nozzle 8. In the holes of the two microsurgical needles 1 and 4, the supra-mid or virgin silk 8/00, 10/00 is inserted, the needles 1 and 4 are pushed into the guides 6 and 7 by acting on the pusher 5. The device is ready for operation. Through an incision in the limbus (3 mm), the working part of the device is introduced into the anterior chamber to the pupillary edge of the iris. The piston of the syringe saline is jetted through the hollow nozzle 8. The saline solution under pressure lifts the iris, at this point the surgeon points his finger in which he holds all the device, presses the pusher 5, which causes the extension of two needles 1 and 4. The latter pierce the iris. The subsequent steps of tying seams are carried out in the usual manner. The use of the proposed device reduces trauma to the eye tissues, facilitates the manipulation of the surgeon. In addition to fixing the intraocular lenses, the tool allows you to overlay the purse-string suture on the iris and wrinkle the traumatic colobomas.
