При некотором значении тока нагрузки (при токе перегрузки) открываетс диод б, вследствие чего на управл ющий вход управл емого генератора 10 тока поступает запирающий потенциал, привод щий к уменьщению выходного тока генератора 10 тока и, следовательно, к подзапиранию транзисторов 2 и 1, при этом ток в нагрузке стабилизируетс .The invention relates to a pulse technique and can be used in the construction of various switching devices, for example, in data transmission equipment and telemechanics. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the transistor switch. The drawing shows a diagram of a transistor switch. The transistor switch contains output 1 and control 2 transistors of different conductivity types, the first 3 and second 4 resistors, the first 5 and second 6 diodes, the power supply bus 7, the control 8 and the output 9, the controlled current generator 10, and the output emitter transistor 1 is connected to the first output of the first resistor 3, and the base through the second resistor 4 is connected to the second output of the first resistor 3, the emitter of the control of its transistor 2 is connected to the common bus 11, the input of the controlled current generator 10 is connected to the bus 7 of the power source and the second the output of the first resistor 3, the output is connected to the base of the control transistor 2 and through the first diode 5 to the control bus 8, and the control input through the second diode 6 is connected to the emitter of the output transistor I, the collector of which is connected to the output bus 9 connected to the collector of the control transistor 2. The transistor switch operates as follows. When a locking signal arrives at the control bus 8, transistors 2 and 1 are closed, the output current of the controlled current generator through diode 5 is closed in the signal source circuit. When a positive polarity unlocking signal arrives at the control bus 8, the diode 5 is locked and the current from the output of the controlled current generator enters the base of transistor 2, while transistors 2 and I open. Through the load connected between the output 9 and the total 11 women, current begins to flow. If in the open state of the transistor switch the load resistance decreases, this leads to an increase in the emitter current of the output transistor 1 and an increase in the voltage drop across the resistor 3. At a certain value of the load current (at overload current), diode b opens, resulting in control input the controllable current generator 10 receives a blocking potential leading to a decrease in the output current of the current generator 10 and, therefore, to the blocking of transistors 2 and 1, while the current in the load stabilizes.
