Далее , так как , то из ( 1) следует ev e.-С другой стороны, зна , что g ©,-tx 3 уравнени (2) можно получить расчетное соотношение дл определени неизвестной температуры i The invention relates to temperature measurements and is intended for the calibration of thermoelectric converters directly under operating conditions without dismantling the test object. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of verification. The drawing shows the block diagram of the device with which you can implement the proposed method. The device contains a 1T verified thermoelectric converter placed directly on the controlled object 2, one-type model (control) thermoelectric converter 3, switches A and 5, current source 6, digital millivoltmeter 7 with remote display indicator 8, thermostatically controlled temperature controller 9. The method is carried out as follows. First, the electrodes of thermoelectric converters 1 and 3 are connected in a differential circuit. Switch 5 is set to 2-2 and using the controller 9 is heated or cooled (depending on the object temperature 2) the working junction of the control thermoelectric converter 3 until the thermo-emf of the resulting differential thermocouple becomes zero, which is recorded using instruments 7 and 8. Then, setting the switch 5 to position 3-3, instruments 7 and 8 measure the thermo-emf value of the control converter Ej table and nominal static characteristics determined its evap py y 1. . By setting switch 4 to position 2-2, through the differential thermocouple circuit from source 6 pro, a current pulse is started, heating the thermal converters 1 and 3 by one: and the same value bi, whose optimal value lies within 10-20 C. the end of the current pulse, switching the switch 5 accordingly, measure the thermo-EMF value of the differential thermocouple LE and increment the thermo-EMF uE of the control transducer 3. The LB value, on the other hand, is equal to the difference of the thermo-EMF f and the thermo-EMF increment. f variable transducer 1. It should be noted that in most cases, by selecting the parameters of the current pulse — the amplitude determined by the diameter of thermoelectrodes, and the duration determined by the inertia of thermoelectric converters — you can virtually eliminate the heating of thermoelectrodes and get the temperature increment only of the working junctions of the thermal converters 1 and 3, eliminating the effect the change in the resistance of thermoelectrodes. The resistance of thermoelectrodes can be easily measured before calibration and, if necessary, the component of the temperature increment due to the difference in resistance can be taken into account. Moreover, with a short pulse duration to ensure equal temperature increments of both thermocouples, there is no need to simulate heat exchange conditions for the control thermoconverter 3, similar to the heat exchange conditions for the thermocouple 1 being tested at its installation site. Temperature t (- control .3 and temperature-t) (checked 1 transducers at the moment of passing current pulses and measuring the values of ЬЁ and Л ЕК should be constant, and the measurements i Е and should be performed almost simultaneously during a short time interval. The values of ij, d. Can also be determined by the error of the thermoelectric transducer 1 being calibrated. Indeed, by studying the same temperature increment hi of the working junctions of thermal converters 1 and 3 in the process of pulse heating, uE 6 can be written, EkbEx UK-ex), (f) where e and eyf are temperature coefficients for the control and calibrated thermocouples, respectively. Further, since, it follows from (1) that ev e.-On the other hand, knowing that g,, -tx 3 of equation (2), we can obtain a calculated ratio for determining the unknown temperature i
