Description
Изобретение относитс к сепарационным устройствам дл улавливани капельной влаги из парогазовых потоков и может быть использовано в химической технологии .The invention relates to separation devices for trapping moisture from vapor-gas streams and can be used in chemical technology.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce capital costs by reducing the height of the separator necessary for efficient centrifugal separation.
1.FIG. shows a schematic diagram of the separator and its installation on the hatch of the apparatus; in fig. 2 is a section AA of FIG. one.
The separator includes a housing 1 with a conical bottom, it is 2 and is located on the lid of the gas-liquid apparatus. The separator with the help of flange 3 is placed in the neck of the hatch 4. In the upper part of the housing 1, tangential entrance shells 5 are made, and inside the body there is a cylindrical louvered grille 6 with arcuate vertical plates 7. On the inside of the separator case opposite to the slots 5 are installed tangentially to the plates 7 flat guide plates 8. The plates 7 are attached to the conical insert 9 by their upper part 9. On the outer surface of the housing 1 there are screw guides 10. The separator is equipped with a nozzle 11 for the steam to escape; claimed in the widened upper portion 12 of the housing 1 and the pipe 13 for draining fluid.
The separator works as follows.
The steam-gas mixture containing droplet moisture enters the space between the mouth of the hatch 4 and the separator body. Due to the presence of the screw guides 10, the vapor – gas mixture acquires a rotational motion. Then the flow through the tangential slots 5 enters the internal cavity of the separator. Since the plates 8 are located tangentially to the arcuate plates 7, the vapor-gas flow must change its direction of movement by 180 ° in order to get into the gap between the plates 7. After passing the gap between the plates 7, the vapor-gas mixture falls into the central part of the separator, and from there - its upper extended part 12. When passing along the plates 8, as well as between the plates 7, the dropping moisture due to inertial forces is deposited on the plates 7 and 8 and flows into the bottom part of the separator, and then
Нижний срез патрубка 13 должен быть расположен под уровнем жидкости дл создани гидрозатвора.through port 13 is returned to the process apparatus. The lower section of the pipe 13 must be located below the liquid level to create a hydraulic seal.
щирока и нижн узка части корпуса сепаратора разделены конусной the casing and the lower narrow part of the separator casing are separated by a conical
Основным достоинством данного сепаратора вл етс возможность уменьшить высоту сепаратора за счет закручивани газа на внешней поверхности корпуса, до входа в щели 5 винтовыми направл ющими 10, благодар чему процесс центробежной сепарации начинаетс еще до входа газа в корпус сепаратора.insert 9, located above the louver grille 6, which excludes the possibility of passage of gas in the upper part 12 of the separator, mine louvered grille. The main advantage of this separator is the ability to reduce the height of the separator by twisting the gas on the outer surface of the housing, before the screw guides 10 enter the slots 5, so that the centrifugal separation process begins even before the gas enters the separator housing.
The presence of tangential slots with guide plates and a cylindrical louvered grille with arcuate vertical plates provides reliable separation with reduced vertical dimensions of the separator.
