Description

The invention relates to methods for the biological treatment of wastewater and can be used in the purification of industrial wastes from the pulp and paper and photochemical industry, the production of artificial fibers, etc.
The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of purification during seasonal fluctuations in temperature by reducing the removal of suspended particles.
1,1 -10.Example 1. Nitrogen and phosphorus compounds in the form of ammonia water and ammophos in the amount of 10 kg and 2.5 kg, respectively, per 1 thousand m of waste liquid per day are added to industrial plants of a pulp and paper mill with a MIC 250 mg / l. Then, the wastewater enters the aero tank, where 10,000 m of recycled activated sludge is also fed with the added nutrient. The most scarce biogenic additive for sludge from these wastewater treatment plants is potassium, since the selectivity coefficient for a given cation is the ratio of its concentration in activated sludge (1.35 mg-eq / g) and in the original waste liquid (5-10 mg-eq / g ) is equal to 2.7-10, whereas for other cations it is lower and has the following values: for sodium, 0.1-10; calcium, 0.95-10; magnesium, 0.97-1.0; , 8-10, manganese 1.1 -10.
Potassium, as the most scarce additive, is introduced into recycled sludge before it enters the aeration tank in the form of potassium chloride in the amount of 5.7 kg for 1.25 hours (0.3 times of aeration). The concentration of potassium in each portion of the recirculated active

The technological cleaning cycle is 6 hours. The treatment of waste liquid with activated sludge, high-grade potassium, is carried out
5 for 4 hours with aeration in the temperature range of 20-35 ° C. With increasing temperature of the waste liquid, the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the sludge mixture varies from
10 0.6 mg / l at 20 ° C and up to 0.1 mg / l at 35 s.
The treated wastewater, together with activated sludge, enters the secondary settling tanks, where during
После удалени избыточного ила оставшуюс часть его рециркулируют.tS 2 h in the process of settling occurs the separation of purified water and activated sludge. After removal of excess sludge, the remainder of it is recycled.
20 The characteristics of the obtained purified waste water at various concentrations of biogenic additives are given in the table, where the consumption value of the biogenic additive is calculated on
25 volume of one technological cleaning cycle, amounting to 10 thousand meters, taking into account the background concentration of the injected cation in the initial waste liquid with the initial content
3Q suspended solids 230 mg / l. The concentrations of the input biogenic supplement (cation) in recycled sludge are given at their optimal values and when they are out of range, since the recommended concentration range is small,
As can be seen from the table, the proposed method can significantly reduce the suspended solids from the secondary clarifiers compared with the known, while reducing the consumption of biogenic additives in the process.
