The purpose of the invention is to increase sensitivity by increasing the goodness of resonators. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a pressure sensor; in fig. 2 designs of quartz resonators used in the sensor. The pressure sensor (Fig. 1) contains an auto-oscillator 1, two quartz resonators 2 and 2, one of which (it is a frequency-generating element of the auto-oscillator 1, each quartz resonator contains two additional 3, 4 and 3, 4 and two main 5, 6 and 5, 6 electrodes, two capacitors 7 and 7, a buffer amplifier 8, the first 9 and second 10 mixers, a wideband amplifier 11, and a frequency meter 12. At the same time, a quartz resonator 2 with its additional electrodes 3 and 4 is included in the circuit of the autogenerator 1, besides the main electrodes 5 and 5, respectively, of the resonators 2 and 2 p They are connected to the common bus directly, and the main electrodes 6 and 6, respectively, through capacitors 7 and 7. Quartz resonator 2 is connected to the output of the auto-oscillator 1 through a buffer amplifier 3. Balanced mixtures 9 and 10 and broadband amplifier 11 are connected in series, and the second The inputs of mixers 9 and 10 receive signals respectively from the output of the oscillator 1 and the additional electrode 4 of the quartz resonator 2, and the meter 12 is connected to the wideband amplifier 1.1. The device uses two AT-cut resonators identical in design to each other. Each of them is a (Fig. 2) lenticular element, in the central part of which there are electrodes made in the form of a keyhole, called the main ones. The edges of the piezoelectric element cover two electrodes in the form of segments, which are called additional electrodes. In addition, a quartz resonator 2 is installed in a force-sensitive element so that the angle between the direction of control can be pressure and technology. 1170298 is applied to it efforts and the electric axis X of the resonator 2 is equal to the AO. The pressure sensor operates as follows. At nominal pressure, the auto-oscillator 1, in the frequency-setting circuit of which a quartz resonator 2 is connected, is subjected to pressure, with its additional electrodes 3 and 4 generates oscillations with a frequency fjj equal to the tuning frequency of the resonators 2 and 2. From the output of the oscillator 1, the oscillations are supplied to the mixer 3 and through the buffer amplifier 8 to the quartz resonator exciting it. In addition, the electrodes 4 of the resonator 2 are connected to the mixer 10. The serially connected mixers 9 and 10 and the amplifier 11 form a self-oscillating system that generates oscillations with a frequency f depending on the phase difference between the oscillations at the output of the oscillator 1 and the additional electrode 4 of the quartz resonator 2. In this case, oscillations are produced at the output of the mixer 9, the total f fg + f, and at the output of the mixer 10, the difference f f-fg frequencies. When the pressure deviates from the nominal value, quartz resonators 2 and 2 become frustrated with respect to each other, which leads to a change in the magnitude of the phase difference between the oscillations taken from the output of the oscillator 1 and from the additional electrode 4 of the quartz resonator 2, which in turn leads to changing the frequency of the oscillations generated by the self-oscillating system, consisting of series-connected mixers 9 and 10 and amplifier 1 1. The deviation of the frequency of self-oscillations recorded by the frequency meter 12 determines the magnitude of the deviation of the measured pressure. In the device, by choosing the angle between the electric axis X of the quartz resonator 2 and the direction of force action equal to 40, a zero temperature coefficient of sensitivity is provided, which makes it possible to eliminate the dependence of the sensor readings on the ambient temperature. Connecting capacitors 7 and 7 made it possible to increase the slope of the phase-frequency characteristics of resonators 2 and 2 by a factor of 2.1 compared with the phase-frequency characteristics of the resonators used in the prototype device. The increase in the steepness of the phase-frequency characteristics of the resonator 2 made it possible to increase the sensitivity of the sensor by 1.75 times. In addition, an increase in the Q factor of the resonator 2 gives rise to the stability of the frequency of the oscillator 1, and this, in turn, leads to a decrease in fluctuations in the output frequency oscillations removed from the additional electrode 4 of the quartz resonator 2, due to the instability of the oscillation frequency of the oscillator 1 the Fia oscillation phase with the additional electrode A provides an increase in the stability of the oscillations supplied from the output of the amplifier 1 1 to the IR frequency meter 1 2, which ultimately leads to an additional increase pressure measurement accuracy.
