Description
Брак.- The invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular, to a method for determining the quality of sprayed powder of high-speed steel and sintered products made from it. The aim of the invention is to reduce the cost of conducting control tests. It has been found that there is a correlation between the parameters of the fine crystal structure and the resistance of the sintered instrument. In this connection, not conducting special tests of the strength properties and durability of a sintered instrument made from dyed powders of high-speed steel, calculating the carbon content in the sprayed powder and determining the austenitic-martensitic score on the radiograph, evaluate the quality of the instrument. FIG. 1 shows the scale No. 1 of a martensitic-austenitic point of sprayed powders of high-speed steel, FIG. 2 - the scale No. 2 of a martensitic-austenitic point of hardened powder tungsten-molybdenum high-speed steel. The invention is carried out as follows. The determination of the required carbon content is carried out using the following formula:% C (0.13 + 0.09) (Cr - K) + 0.02 W + 0.28 MQ. + 0,2V (t 0,04), in which Cr, W, Mo and V correspond to the content of carbide-forming elements in May. %, and K is the coefficient taking into account the participation of chromium in the formation of chromium carbides MjCj and in the carbide phase of the compact metal and equal to: 3 for high alloy steels; 2 - for moderately alloyed steels; 1.5 - for low alloy steels. After melting and spraying with a powder on X-ray ionization installations of the URS 50-IM, Dron-1, Dron-2 or Dron-3 X-ray installations on iron radiation without a filter with automatic recording on a chart tape with a counter speed of 1 min. diaphragms A counter 2: 2: 0.25 remove the profile of the lines (110-011) martensite and (III) residual austenite. The resulting diffractogram is compared with the scale number 1 (Fig. 1), installed) score the corresponding score and judge the quality of the sprayed powders. The scale number T of a martensitic austenitic score of powdered powders has 8 points. Points 1 and 2. The most noble ratios between carbon content and martensite and the amount of residual austenite. Points 3 and 4. Satisfactory ratio of structural components. Points 5 and 6. The structure is not quite satisfactory. Steel is carbonized. To avoid structural heredity, careful monitoring of compaction and pre-annealing is necessary. Points 5 and 6 are permissible for the manufacture of simple tools that do not suffer from strong dynamic loads during operation. Points 7 and 8. Poor structural and phase state of the powders (rejection sign). Steel is characterized by reduced secondary hardness, redness and durability. When a passing score is obtained from powder, a tool is made by pressing and sintering, a diffractogram is taken, an nitrous-austenitic point is determined on a scale of 2 (Fig. 2), and the quality of the finished product is evaluated. The scale of martensitic austenitic points of hardened powder high-speed steel No. 2 has 6 points. Score 1. Significant underheating. The cutting tool must be annealed and restarted. Score 2i Slight underheating. A passing score for a thin and multi-blade tool. Score 3. Structure normally tempered tool. Score 4, satisfactory structure of the tool is a simple form. B, all 5. The structure of overheating. Rejection code for fine shaped and small cutting tools, ° Passing score for large turning tools. Rezhusde properties are not stable. Score 6. Severe overheating. Marriage.
