Таким образом, способ ультразвукового контрол сварных швов изделий из аустенитных сталей с кубической системой симметрии кристаллитов позвол ет существенно повысить чувствительность и снизить уровень помех на 6 дБ по сравнению с известными способами ультразвукового контрол .The invention relates to non-destructive methods and means of control and can be used in ultrasonic testing of welds of products with a coarse-grained structure, for example, of austenitic steel. The known method of ultrasonic testing consists in introducing ultrasonic vibrations into the product and judging by the received signals that there are defects in the weld of product 1. The disadvantage of this method is the low sensitivity of the control due to the high level of attenuation of ultrasonic vibrations in the products. with a coarse-grained structure and, in particular, in welds with a cubic symmetry system. The closest to the invention is the method of ultrasonic testing of welds, which means that two ultrasonic transducers are installed on the surface of the product on the one hand, ultrasonic vibrations are introduced and the quality of the weld 2 is determined by received signals. The disadvantages of this method are low sensitivity and accuracy of control, due to the strong attenuation of ultrasonic vibrations due to their arbitrary passage through the crystallites of the austenitic weld. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and sensitivity of the control. This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the Ultrasonic Test Method for Welds, the two ultrasonic transducers are installed on the product surface on one side of the weld, ultrasonic vibrations are introduced, and the quality of the weld is determined by received signals, ultrasonic vibrations are entered and take along the crystallographic direction 111 of the weld, and the ratio of the angle d - input, the angle w of the transducers to each other and the angle between the growth direction of the crystallites and the axis of the weld is determined from the expression: tg (sinvir + cos wcos2y) + 2tgd (cosvir- sin 2J) cos2 ;; | 0. Ha fig. 1 shows a diagram of the implementation of the method of top view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - nomogram for selecting control parameters. The circuit holds two transducers 1 and 2 mounted on the product 3 on one side of the weld 4. The method is carried out as follows. Converters 1 and 2 with angles d. The inputs are mounted on the surface of the product 3 near the welded joint 4 at a distance from one another, and ultrasonic vibrations are introduced by one of the transducers 1 into the controlled joint at a given angle. Signals reflected from defects are received by converter 2, which is turned relative to the first by an angle selected by the nomogram, taking into account the ratio of the angles, oL and w. In this case, ultrasound is input and received in such a way that its direction coincides with the 111 axis of the crystallographic direction, in which the smallest attenuation of ultrasound is observed compared with other directions of the crystallographic axes of the cubic system of weld crystallite symmetry. Thus, the method of ultrasonic testing of welds of products from austenitic steels with a cubic system of symmetry of crystallites can significantly increase the sensitivity and reduce the level of interference by 6 dB compared with the known methods of ultrasonic testing.
