It can also be used in production, where the manufacture of equipment takes place, including a large number of completing items or multioperational technological processes of their manufacture. An automated high-rise warehouse for storing piece goods is known that contains high-altitude racks combined into cruciform sections, each of which has four rows of load cells. Inside each section, a stacking device with telescopic load grippers moves along the guides, except for the reversing one. viravo to the left, rotates the load grippers in the horizontal directional plane by 90. A lifting drive through the cable moves the stacking device in To One of the cells of each cruciform section is equipped with a loading and unloading table. An overhead conveyor is provided for delivering goods to the warehouse and dispatching them from the warehouse. . Disadvantages of the device - limited scope, due to the possibility of using only for storage of products, as well as a low degree of automation and complexity of the design. Automated electrical equipment is known, containing racks, on the shelves of which electrically insulated plates are mounted with electrically conductive tires placed on them, pallets for electroequipment with resilient electrically conductive tires connected to the current-carrying wires placed on the pallets and located under the bottom of the pallets, and a stacker crane for reloading pallets G21,,. . l., ll. .- J The disadvantage of this warehouse is the possibility of the discrepancy between the tires of the pallet and the shelves of the rack, if the automatic stacker of the pallet is not correctly mounted on the shelf, so that What is required is to fix the pallet on the shelf, reinstall it. which requires an increase in boot cycle. As a result, warehouse capacity is reduced. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity. This goal is achieved by the fact that in an automated warehouse for electrical equipment containing racks, on the shelves of which electrically insulating plates are mounted with electro-conductive tires placed on them, pallets are for; electrical equipment with resilient electrically conductive tires connected to current-carrying wires placed on pallets and located under the bottom of pallets, and a stacker crane for reloading pallets; electrically insulating plates are attached to the upper surfaces of the shelves by means of horizontal axes and are spring-loaded in the vertical ones relative to the latter, the electrically conductive racks of the shelves of the racks are L-shaped and attached to the ends of the electrically insulated plastics with bent ends yn by conductive clamps, the elastic conductive bus are corrugated pallets and each of the trays is provided with a horizontal guide, which are arranged in the ends of the corrugated tires. Figure 1 schematically depicts a high-rise warehouse with a training area, a general view of figure 2 - a rack of a collapsible structure} of figure 3 — reciprocal pads on a pallet, a general view; figure 4 - the platform on the load-carrying corners of the cells of the rack, General view. F. . The automated high-rise warehouse (figs. 1-4) consists of a high-rise multi-cell rack 1 of a collapsible structure made of rolled products, corners, cells 2 for storing and electrical training of products, a piler 3 performing the functions of carry-bring from the loading and unloading table to the cell and back, the pallet 4 for placing the product, the supporting contact pads 5-8 for installing the product with a bottom in the cell, to which the supply conductors 9-12 are connected to control the operating modes during electrical training from Spruce, response pads 13, 14, located on the bottom of the pallet and used to connect signal and power circuits to product 15 (VCR), loading window 16, used to transfer the product to perform the next technological cycle after storage or electrotraining, occupancy sensor 17 cells installed on each cell of the rack, which selects the signal Za-, n, if the load is installed in the cell. Sites 13, 14 (see Fig. 3.4) are made as follows. In the electrically insulating base 18 there is an electrically conductive bus 19, made in the form of corrugations, fixed with a pin 20, to which a current-carrying wire is connected with a nut 21. When installing the pallet with the product into the cell 2, the tire 19 bends and, partially moving along the horizontal guide groove 22, under pressure, forms a reliable contact with the spring-loaded contacting platform 5 installed on the corners of the cell 2 of the rack 1. The spring-loaded contact pads 5- 8 (see Fig. 4) consists of an electrically insulating plate 23 on which electrically conductive contact T-shaped busbars 24 are attached. With one hinge plate 23, a hinge 25 is mounted on a plate 26, which is rigidly fixed to The cell end and the other end rests on the spring 27, the compression of which is limited by the abutment 28. A clamp (screw) 29 is provided for fastening the current-carrying wire 29. The storage and electrical training of the products in the cells of the warehouse is carried out as follows. The product (video recorder) 15, installed in the pallet 4, after performing a certain technological cycle (assembly, adjustment) is delivered by an external centralized transport system through the loading window 16 to the loading and unloading table, from where the stacker 3 is delivered to the loading and unloading table in 58, one of the cells 2 of the rack 1. The product 15 with the pallet 4 is placed on spring-loaded contact pads 5-8, when installed in a cell, which under the weight of the product with the pallet directly through the joints 1 25, springs 27, stops 28 (cm . 4) acquire a position, as a result of which there is a reliable contact with the response pads 13, 14 (see fig. 3) located on the bottom of the pallet due to the corrugated tires 19 of conductive material. The tires 19, under the action of the weight of the product, freely moving in the grooves 22, are straightened and acquire a shape that is hollow to rectangular, thereby increasing the contact area with the contact L-shaped plates, which allows us to obtain a reliable contact, ensuring passing electric current through it. At the same time, under the weight of the product with a pallet, the cell occupancy sensor 17 is activated, the signal of which goes to the computer memory, after which a command is created to retract the staple 3 and supply the product through the supply conductors 9.10 of the I stack through the contacts. After the supply voltage is supplied to the product, the electrical training cycle of the product (video recorder) 15 starts in a dynamic mode, i.e. recordings of audio and video signals are recorded on the magnetic tape of the apparatus. In the case of the end of the electrical training time or a malfunction of the device, the signal wires 11, 12 (see Fig. 4) of rack 1 receive signals to the computer memory. with pallet 4 from the cell and delivered to the loading / unloading table. In this case, the contact is interrupted by the contact pins bI 19 installed on the bottom of the pallet 4 with the support of 1 pads 5-8 located on the corners of the rack cell. The unloaded product is then shipped to the specified address to carry out the further technological cycle (storage, repair, etc.).
Дальнейший .процесс загрузки-выгрузки , включени и отключени напр жени питани , прием сигналов окончани электротренировки осзществл етс с помощью ЭВМ аналогично.A further process of loading-unloading, turning on and off the power supply voltage, the reception of signals for terminating electrical training is realized by means of a computer in a similar way.
Thus, the automated high-rise warehouse is simple in design and, thanks to the use of supporting and reciprocal contact pads, provides the possibility of storing and electrical training of a large number of products, a simplified software search for products that have passed the technological cycle of electrical training or storage; as well as the simple transfer of the product to continue the further technological program using centralized management, which eliminates the additional costs of transferring the products to other stores or electrical training devices and frees up additional maintenance personnel and production sites.
Изобретение позвол ет повысить производительность за счет исключени дополнительных манипул ций с поддоном при установке в чейку, поскольку осуществл етс надежный контакт шин поддона с ши аыи. полки даже при неточной установке поддона на полку.The invention makes it possible to increase productivity by eliminating additional manipulations with the pallet when installed in a cell, since the tires of the pallet tires are reliably in contact with the axle. shelves, even with inaccurate installation of the pallet on the shelf.
