The invention relates to soldering and can be used in the manufacture of copper-based pile rods in the electrical industry.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the scorbidity of the rods during the soldering process.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что дл изготовлени стержней па льников беретс состав, при слекомпонентов , мае дующем соотношении Окислы меди (СиО, CUj.O) This goal is achieved by the fact that for the manufacture of the rods of the blades, the composition is taken, at the following components, according to the ratio of copper oxides (CuO, CUj.O)
0.1-5.0 0.1-1.5 Chrome

The technological process of making copper foil steeddnyi pales includes rolling, razmol, sifting, recovery, preparation of the charge, pressing, sintering and calibration. Copper scale, obtained after rolling and dragging, was used as the initial material. The calcination was performed at 250 ° C for 45 minutes in an electric muffle furnace in order to remove moisture, lube oil and other impurities. Cooling was carried out in air. During calcination, the material breathed and its color changed from gray-black to brown-brown. The grinding of copper scale was carried out in a mixer with an offset axis of rotation of 72 hours. The ratio of grinding bodies (stainless steel balls) and material was 1: 1, the degree of loading of the mixer was 1/3. The crushed scale was sieved through a 0125 sieve. Recovery of copper scale was carried out at 450-500 C for 3 hours in an atmosphere of dried hydrogen with a dew point of 40 ° C. The oxide was poured onto pallets with a layer of 15-20 mm. In the process of recovery, the color of the powder varied from brown brown to reddish pink.
The composition was prepared by dry mechanical mixing of components for 8 hours. Two-sided pressing of the rods of the blades was carried out at a pressure of 400 MPa.
Спекание прессовок производили при 850°С 3 ч в атмосфере осушенного водорода с точкой росы .Sintering of compacts was carried out at 850 ° C for 3 hours in an atmosphere of dried hydrogen with a dew point.
To increase the density, the sintered rods were calibrated at a pressure of 800 MPa.
Example. Several mixtures of the mixture were prepared with different contents of the initial components, of which rods of fires were made.
Examples of rods and material properties are shown in the table.
From the table it can be seen that this powder material is characterized by a higher scaling resistance, since
The material formed complex oxides of copper containing chromium. When the content of chromium and copper oxides 3 (below O, Gmas.%), The scaling resistance of the sintered alloy significantly decreases, with the introduction of chromium above the limit (1.5 wt.%). and oxides 1164025 4 of copper (higher than 5 wt.%), the scaling resistance remains almost unchanged compared with the scaling resistance of this material.
