The invention relates to the control of measuring technique and can be used to control the angular position of objects. A device containing an encoded disk and a system for combining information is known. A disadvantage of the known device is its low resolution. The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the invention is a photoelectric angle sensor containing coaxially mounted illuminator, two disks with raster gratings applied to the surfaces of each of them, the first of which is mounted for rotation around its axis, and the second is fixed a fixed photodetector unit and a processing circuit whose input is electrically connected with the output of the photodetector unit 2. A disadvantage of the known devices is the low accuracy due to systematic errors occur as 1x with insufficient reliability of the elements. The aim of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. To achieve the goal, a photoelectric angle sensor containing a coaxially mounted annular illuminator, two disks with raster grids applied to the surfaces of each of them, the first of which is mounted for rotation around its axis, and the second is fixed stationary, the photodetector unit and the processing circuit, the input of which is electrically connected with the output of the photodetector unit, is provided with disks mounted coaxially with the illuminator on the other side of it, in relation to disks with gratings, one of the disks is made with one stroke and mounted rotatably around its axis synchronously with the first disk with a grill, the other is completed with a circular code scale and fixed motionless with an additional photodetector unit optically connected to the disk with a code scale and electrically with the input of the raster processing circuit the first disk has been replaced with the number of strokes, differing by one from the number of strokes of the raster lattice of the second disk, on the free surface of the second disk with the grid there is a circular code scale, code scales on the disk and the disk with the grid made with the number of bits providing the number of code combinations equal to the number of strokes of the raster lattice of the second disk; the photodetector units are made in the form of photodetectors with photosensitive surfaces in the form of concentrically arranged rings; the number of photodetectors in each of the photodetector units the average radius of each ring is equal to the average radius of the corresponding bit of the code scale. The drawing shows a diagram of the device. A photoelectric angle sensor contains coaxially mounted annular illuminator, two disks 2 and 3 with raster grids applied to the surfaces of each of them, the first of which is mounted for rotation around its axis, and the second is fixedly mounted, the photodetector unit 4, disks 5 and 6 installed coaxially with illuminator 1 on the other side of it with respect to disks 2 and 3 with grids, one of disks 5 is made with one stroke and is mounted for rotation around its axis synchronously with the first disk 2 with grid, the other is Complete with a circular code scale and fixed still; an additional photodetector unit 7 is optically connected to disk 6 with a code scale; processing circuit 8, whose input is electrically connected to the outputs of each of the photodetector units 4 and 7; the raster lattice of the first disk 2 is made with a number lines differing by one from the number of raster lines, the track of the second disk 3, on the free surface of the second disk 3 with the grid there is a circular code scale, the code scales on the disk 6 and the disk 3 with the grid are made with the number of bits, providing The number of code combinations equal to the number of strokes of the raster lattice of the second disk 3, the photodetector units 4 and 7 are made in the form of photodetectors with photosensitive surfaces in the form of concentrically arranged rings. The number of photoreceivers in each of the photodetector blocks 4 and 7 is equal to the number of code scale bits, and the average radius of each ring is equal to the average radius of the corresponding code scale bit. To ensure synchronous rotation of the disk 5 and the disk 2 with the grid, they are mounted together with the illuminator 1 on the shaft 9, which is intended to be attached to the object to be monitored. The disks 6 and 3 with the grid and the photodetector blocks 4 and 7 are fixed in the housing 10. The photoelectric angle sensor works as follows. The light from the ring illuminator 1, uniformly illuminating the disk 2, through the transparent strokes of the raster lattice of this disk falls on the raster lattice of the disk 3. Since the number of strokes of the raster lattices of disks 2 and 3 is equal to one and the width of the strokes is equal then only through one of the transparent strokes of the raster lattice of the disk 3 the light will go on to the code scale applied to the other side of the same disk. Through a code scale, a beam of light falls on the photosensitive rings of the photodetector unit 4. From the output of the photoreceiver unit 4, the potential code corresponding to the position of the light beam on the code scale enters the input of processing circuit 8. When rotating the disk 2 fixed with the annular illuminator on the shaft 9, the location of the light beam transmitted to the photo-receiving unit 4 through the raster grids of the disks 2 and 3 and the code scale of the disk 3 moves in a circle. At the same time, from the photodetector unit 4, the variable potential codes corresponding to the position of the light beam enter the processing circuit 8. At the same time, a light beam passing from annular illuminator I through a single transparent stroke of disk 5 and the code scale of disk 5 is incident on the photodetector unit 7. The position of this light beam is recorded by the photosensitive rings of the photoreceiver unit 7 and is supplied as potential codes to the input of processing circuit 8. If the number of strokes of the raster lattice of disk 2 is equal to NI, and the number of strokes of the raster lattice of disk 3 is N, then for one complete rotation 9 photodetector unit 7 sprinkles code values J4 on the input of circuit 8, and the receiving receiver 4 sends to input circuit 8 processing N (N + 1) code values. The processing circuit 8 calculates, by a set of potential signals, an angle value unambiguously related to the angular position of the shaft 9. Thus, supplying the photoelectric angle sensor with two disks and an additional photoreceiver unit, as well as performing the sensor elements in the manner described, improves the accuracy of measurements.
