The invention relates to lifting equipment, in particular to the transport of goods using containers, and can be applied in the integrated mechanization of loading and unloading. According to the main auth. No. 986834 is a known container for bulk materials, containing a base, rigid walls, a loading hatch, a discharge hatch located in the lower part of one of the walls and having a lotto and an inclined bottom, which is spring-loaded from the side opposite to the discharge hatch, and on the other side is hingedly connected with the base of the body of the container ij. However, the known container is characterized by a lack of reliability in operation, since in the process of operation the fatigue properties of the elastic elements appear and there is a need to replace them. The purpose of the invention is to increase the operational reliability of the container. The goal is achieved by those. that the container for bulk materials contains locks hinged on the base of the body and two-arm levers interacting with it, with one of the arms of the levers interconnected by a strap and the bottom is spring-loaded with elastic elements located on the latter. In addition, the boot lid is formed by hinged shutters on the body, the side walls of which are interconnected by flexible elements made of fabric, having the shape of a trapezium. The container for bulk materials (the second variant) contains a bar and two-arm arms hinged on the base of the body, interacting with it and using a rigid rod with a tray, and the bottom is spring-loaded with elastic elements located on the bar. FIG. 1 shows a container for bulk materials, a general view (option 1); in fig. 2 - loading door with lid; in fig. 3 - the interaction of the spring-loaded bottom and lever; in fig. 4 and 5 - container in open and closed position, general view (option 2). 62 Container for bulk materials (option 1) includes a housing 1 formed by rigid walls 2, a base 3 of housing 1, a spring-loaded bottom 4, a loading hatch with a cover 5 formed by hinges 6 hinged to the housing 1, the sides of which are connected between flexible walls elements 7 of a trapezoid-shaped fabric and a discharge hatch with a chute 8. Elastic elements 10 are installed under the bottom 4 on the strap 9, the strap 9 is connected to the lever 11 fixed by means of the hinge 12 on the base 3 of the housing 1 and interacting with the lock 13. Container for bulk materials works as follows. The container is mounted on a vehicle platform or is moved on wheels (not shown). Containers are mounted on the platform using any of the known methods. Before loading the container, the discharge hatch is closed by a tray in the form of a tray 8, and the strip 9 is freely lowered between the stiffening ribs of the container forming the base 3. In this case, the spring-loaded bottom 4 is in a horizontal position. Having opened the doors 6 up to the limit of the flap 6, the loading hatch 5 tightens the flexible fabric elements 7. After filling the container, close the loading door (in Fig. 2). Then a container or a group of containers mounted on the vehicle platform is transported to the destination. When the container is unloaded, the discharge hatch is opened and the material is poured into the tray. When the emptying of the material from the container is stopped by the action of its own weight, the lever 11, mounted with the help of a hinge 12 on the wall 2 of the container, is locked with a lock 13. Elastic elements 10 set to. the bar 9 is compressed and lifted the bottom 4 and the remainder of the material ejects. Then release the lever 11 from the lock 13 and close the discharge hatch. The container is ready for a new work cycle. In the container for bulk materials (option 1), the initial emptying takes place spontaneously. Until the moment of formation of a natural slope characteristic of each particular type of cargo. After that, the bottom 4 of the container is placed in an inclined position and the final unloading is performed. In the case of option 2, elastic elements 10 are also fastened on a plan 9, hinged on one side on the wall 2 of the container, and on the other side connected pivotally to the two-lever lever 14, which is connected to the other end by a hard 15c. 8, which is hinged on the base 3 of the controller, and locked in the closed position by lock 16. On the two shoulders lever 14, there is a longitudinal groove 17, 764 with which the pin 18 interacts, rigidly fixed on the bar 9. The container is unloaded spontaneously when the lock is opened 16, the elastic members 10 by means of a spring-loaded lift arm system 4. The rest of the bottom work container similar to the first embodiment. The use of the invention allows to increase the operational reliability of the container and to increase its service life, since in the process of operation the fatigue properties of the elastic elements appear and there is a need to replace them.
