Description
31142525The invention relates to metal, namely, to chemical and heat treatment of steels and alloys, in particular, to thermal diffusion saturation of chromium-nickel steels with aluminum, boron, and silicon, and can be used to protect parts from high-temperature gas corrosion and air corrosion. The composition for aluminum oxide ij containing, wt.%, Is known: Aluminum 75 Silicon Bor The disadvantage of this composition is the low heat and erosion resistance of the formed coatings. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achievable effect is the composition for aluminosilicon containing a wt.%: Aluminum powder 10 Silicon powder 50 Boron powder 2 Ammonium chloride 2 Aluminum oxide 36 The saturation process is carried out by powder method in a container with a fusible gate at 900- 1050 C. The duration of the dependence of 6 tons of the required depth of the layer and is 2-6 h 2. However, this composition for siliconizing aluminum is characterized by a low diffusion layer formation rate, not high heat-resistant properties of the coating and a lack of surface hardness of the coating, which does not allow the use of such a coating under conditions of high temperature erosion. The purpose of the invention is to increase the saturability of the composition and increase its microhardness and heat resistance. This goal is achieved by the fact that the composition for aluminosilicating steel products containing an aluminum-containing substance, silicon powder, a boron-containing substance, an activator and alumina 252 additionally contains ferrovanium, diy, and as an aluminum-containing substance, PAP-2 aluminum powder, as a boron-containing substance - boron carbide, as an activator, sodium aluminofluoride in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Aluminum powder Silicon powder Boron carbide, Ferrovanadium Sodium aluminum fluoride Else Aluminum oxide The introduction of PAP-2 aluminum powder as an aluminum-containing substance to the composition, and sodium aluminum fluoride as an activator allows to intensify the saturation process, thus obtaining a coating with high surface quality. Entering boron carbide as a boron-containing substance allows to increase the microhardness of the coating, which leads to an increase in the resistance of the coating under conditions of high-temperature gas erosion. Ferrovanadium, taken within the specified limits, does not affect the kinetics of the formation of the diffusion layer, and increases its heat-resistant properties. The alumino borosilization process is carried out in a container with a fusible closure at 900-1050 0. The duration of the end depends on the required depth of the diffusion layer and is 2-4 hours. The treatment is carried out in the proposed composition at 100 ° C for 2 and 4 hours on products made from steel EI-750. The content of components in the compositions are given in table. 1. In table. 2 presents the results of diffusional implantation of steel EI-750 at. As follows from the table. 2 data, the proposed composition for aluminosiliconization compared to the known one allows to intensify the saturation process by 1.5 times, thus obtaining a coating 3142525
