11 The invention relates to electric machines, mainly DC machines and collector ones. DC machines containing measles and an electromagnetic inductor are known. These machines consist of cores on which the coils of the excitement and the frame are placed. The core, together with the coil, forms the pole lj. However, copper is expended on the fabrication of coils, and eddy currents are created in the inductor's frame, which reduce energy indices. In addition, these machines are characterized by low resistance at the poles for the magnetic flux of the core reaction, and the magnetic circuit is not aligned with the winding. Closest to the invention to the technical essence is an electrical machine containing measles and an electromagnetic inductor, made in the form of coils of a twisted ferromagnetic strip, mounted in the bore of the stator 2j. The disadvantages of the known machine are the consumption of copper for the manufacture of the inductor, the complexity of making the pole and the frame as one, the small resistance of the magnetic circuit for the core reaction field, the increased dimensions due to the presence of copper and ferromagnetic material in the magnetic circuit, the large time constant of the magnetic circuit transient processes, as well as lower energy indices. The purpose of the invention is to increase the energy parameters and reduce the weight and dimensions of the machine. The goal is achieved by the fact that in an electric DC machine, containing {measles and an electromagnetic inductor, it is accomplished. In the form of coils from a twisted ferromagnetic strip mounted in a stator bore, the electromagnetic system of the inductor of each pair of poles is made of two coils bent along the axis windings in the form of the stator bore with the parts forming the poles bent away to the side of the core, insulating gaskets are installed between these parts, and the ferromagnetic coils of the coils are insulated from each other and Equipped with water supply for electric current. 5 In addition, cuts parallel to the axis of the poles can be made in the bent portions of the coils. Moreover, the bent part of the poles can be interconnected by mechanical fasteners. By isolating the inductor layers, and also by the fact that each pair of poles is made of two coils, the resistance of the magnetic circuit for the magnetic field of the core reaction increases. Insulating gaskets between parts of the poles also increase the resistance for the magnetic field of the core reaction, with the result that in some cases additional poles may not be present. Reducing the dimensions and weight of the machine is achieved by reducing the height of the poles, the absence of copper in the inductor. The time constant of the magnetic circuit is reduced by reducing the eddy currents of the magnetic circuit, and the reduction of the magnetic circuit is achieved by combining the pole and the frame together into a single twisted magnetic circuit. FIG. 1 shows a car, a general view; in fig. 2 shows a machine with an electromagnetic system of an inductor, made in the form of two coils, a transverse section ;, in FIG. 3 - connection of the coil parts using bolts; in fig. 4 - serial connection of the coil poles. The proposed electric machine consists of a core 1 and an electromagnetic system of the inductor 2 (Fig. 1). The anchor has a shaft 3, on which a magnetic conductor 4 is fitted with grooves in which a winding is laid, connected to a collector 5 mounted on shaft 3. Brushes 6 are mounted on the collector. The core bar is fixed in bearings 7 placed in bearing shields 8 and 9. Electric The inductor system 2 of each pair of poles is made of two coils 10 and 11 (Fig. 2). These coils (their upper parts) in FIG. 2 are given in section, from which it can be seen that the coils consist of pairs of coils 12. Thus, each pole consists of two parts 13 and 14. The ferromagnetic coils of the coils are insulated from each other by insulating 15. The coils 10 and t1 are bent along the axis of the winding in the shape of the bore of the s.tator, and their ends 13 and .14 are bent to the side of the core and form a single pole of two parts. The lower pole (not shown) was obtained in the same way. In order to ensure the manufacturability of the pole, sections 16 are made in the folded parts. These cuts are made in both ends of the coil during its winding. Between the individual layers of the pole there is insulation between the parts of the pole, gaskets 17 are installed. These gaskets are made of insulating material or non-magnetic (in this case, they are insulated from the pole). The purpose of the gaskets is to destroy the reaction core box, which is closed across the poles . Inductor coils are made of a ferromagnetic field, which is wound in the form of a circular helix, rectangular or other type. Inside the helix there may be a duct for ventilation and cooling, the dimensions of which are determined by design considerations. To obtain a coil bent along the winding axis along the shape of the stator bore, templates are used. The cuts in the bent portions of the coils are made so that the pole can be easily formed directly and have a technological allowance for processing the pole arc and shaping it. not required for magnetic flux distribution on pole division. These dimensions are in planes that coincide with the bend line of the workpiece, and divide the ends of the workpiece into two equal parts. After the pole arc has taken the required shape, all the layers coinciding with the cuts directly the poles are additionally insulated and, in order to give them mechanical strength, are bandaged using shroud codes 18 or insulating material or other fastening elements. In large electrical machines, poles can be mounted with bolts 19 through holes in the poles, in which insulating tubes 20 with insulating washers 21 and 22 are placed (Fig. 3). The resulting electromagnet system consists of an inductor made of a twisted isferromagnetic material with insulation between turns, the magnetic core and the poles are combined and present one solid, and each pole consists of two independent parts with an insulating gasket 17 between them mounted in the holding pockets formed by the posts 23 and 24, which are fastened by the bolts 23 and thereby securely fix the inductor. A body insulator is placed between the inductor and the pockets of the racks. The coils 10 and 11 are interconnected electrically in series or in parallel by means of terminals 26 29 (FIG. 4), where terminals 27 and 28 are connected to each other in series, and terminals 26 and 29 are feeding. With a large coil length, several taps in parallel are made to improve the current distribution. The bearing shields are mounted directly to the uprights 23 and 24, the lower bases 30 and 31 of which are designed to mount the engine on a foundation or slab. To protect the inductor from mechanical surfaces, a protective element 32 is attached to the uprights 23 and 24. This creates a space 33, which is intended to circulate a cooler. The cross section of the inductor coil is taken based on the calculation of the magnetic circuit and it should provide the allowable induction of half the magnetic flux, and the cross section of the coil turn 12 through which the excitation current passes is selected by the excitation current and corrected by the manufacturing technology. Similarly, multi-pole constructions are made. The device works as follows. Due to the fact that the electromagnetic system of the inductor of each pair of poles is made of two coils, the magnetic circuit combines in itself the functions of a conductor and a magnetic flux conductor to form an inductor. The interconnected coils 10 and 11 are connected to the voltage with the help of ends 26 and 29, the current, the passage, through the turns of the coil, creates magnetic fields f, and rl in the magnetic cores, respectively. These fields are between themselves and therefore they, summing up, give I the resulting magnetic flux, the magnetic flux Fr crosses the winding of core 1 and if a current is fed through the brushes and the collector to 51, the measles begin to rotate and create a torque that is balanced by the load those. The machine works as an engine. The machine can work as a generator. In this case, the measles is driven into rotation and its winding, crossing the magnetic field F, creates an electromotive force on the collector brushes. With the passage of current on the winding of the core, a magnetic field arises, the reaction of the core. This field, closing through the poles, encounters on its way in the cuts 16 an insulation that resists and reduces the magnitude of the reaction of the core. Since the reaction field of the core prohbdit across the entire pole, which consists of two parts, a large resistance is formed in its path. This resistance, having a strong effect on the reaction field of the core, does not affect the fundamental magnetic field Tr. Insulating gasket 15, which divides the pole into two parts, increases the resistance to the reaction of the core. By adjusting the thickness of the gasket, the desired effect is obtained. Energy performance is increased by reducing the length of the magnetic circuit, and therefore requires less MDS to create a magnetic field, by reducing the effect of the core reaction, for which the resistance between the layers increases, as well as by non-magnetic insulation pads and by reducing constant time magnetic circuit. The latter improves the mechanical characteristics of the machine in transients. A reduction in the consumption of copper is achieved due to the fact that the entire inductor is made of ferromagnetic material. 5 In order to simplify the technology of manufacturing the poles, as well as to increase the resistance of the magnetic circuit for the core reaction, the gasket between the parts of the pole may have a wedge-shaped shape. Since the height of the poles of the proposed machine is much less known, it also has an effect on reducing the reaction of the core. Thus, the proposed machine has a significantly greater resistance of the magnetic circuit for the core reaction, which improves its operation and economic performance. The winding of the poles of known machines takes up a lot of space and is not reliable enough. The proposed machine has increased reliability due to the twisted design of the inductor with insulated turns having a greater width. Since the cross section of the coil is large, it is possible to apply a ferromagnetic material. In this case, the induction of the inductor can be carried out according to the parallel excitation scheme, sequential and mixed. Making the inductor twisted from one ferromagnetic material reduces the formation of eddy currents, which is very important for machines with frequent starts and reverses. Reduction of eddy currents improves transients, as well as increases energy performance. The inductor's magnetic circuit takes up less space and is lighter. The presence of a hole (channel) in the magnetic conductor provides for the cooling of the inductor. The entrance and exit to the channel is through holes which are located at the beginning of the incisions. Since the losses of the inductor are dispersed along its length, this also contributes to less heating. Besides. ventilation is carried out through the channel.
