В результате происходит процесс переноса измерительной информации в другой частотный спектр, при котором огибающа модулирует экстремальные значени напр жени несущей частоты только одного знака. Экономический эффект от испол1}ЗОвани изобретени определ етс его техническим преимуществом.11 The invention relates to automation and computing and can be used to communicate an analog information source with a digital computing device. A known method for converting a displacement into a code in which the reference sinusoidal voltage is modulated as a function of the sine and cosine of the displacement, the modulated sinusoidal and cosine voltage is further modulated by low-frequency multiphase square voltage of the meander type and the resulting voltages are summed, detected and from the detected voltage a low-frequency harmonic component, which is compared in phase with one of the low-frequency rectangular voltages, is distinguished by the phase difference compared voltages is formed and the movement code. The disadvantage of this method of conversion is the presence of an error caused by the detection of small level signals. The closest in technical essence to the invention is a method of transforming a movement into a base code, forming an AC sinus and cosine voltage, modulated in amplitude, respectively, as a function of the sine and cosine moving, shaping the antiphase voltage, forming the first and second low-frequency signals of the meander type. phase-shifted one relative to another by 90, forming the first total difference signal proportional to the sum of the reference and antiphase the reference voltage with sinus and antiphase sinus voltage for one half period of the first low frequency signal and the difference between the reference and antiphase bearing voltage with sinus and antiphase sinus voltage for another half period of the first low frequency signal, forming the second sum differential signal proportional to the sum the reference and antiphase reference voltages with cosine and antiphase kosi1 voltages per, one half cycle of the second low-frequency signal and the difference of the reference and an antiphase reference voltage with a cosine and an antiphase cosine voltage 142 for another half-period of the second low-frequency signal, detecting the first and second total-. the difference signals and their summation, extracting the low frequency component from the signal obtained after summing, comparing it in phase with the first or second low frequency signal and forming the movement code for the phase difference of the compared signals 2. The disadvantage of this method is the low accuracy caused by the error in detecting signals close to sinusoidal. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of converting movement into code. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of converting the displacement into a code based on the formation of the AC sinus and cosine voltages, modulated in amplitude respectively as a function of the sine and cosine of the displacements, the formation of the first and second low-frequency signals of the meander type phase-shifted 90 ° relative to each other, forming the first total-difference signal proportional to the sum of the reference and antiphase reference voltages with a sinus and antiphase sinus voltage for one half cycle of the first low frequency signal and the difference between the reference and opposite phase voltage with sinus and antiphase sinus voltage behind the other half period of the first low frequency signal, forming the second total differential signal proportional to the sum of the fundamental and antiphase reference voltage with cosine and antiphase cosine voltage for one half period of the second low-frequency signal and the difference of the reference and antiphase the reference voltage with the cosine and antiphase cosine voltages behind another half-period of the second low-frequency signal, detecting the first and second sum-difference signals and summing them, extracting the low-frequency harmonic component from the signal obtained after summing the signal, comparing it in phase with: first or the second low-frequency signal and the formation of a movement code for the phase difference of the compared signals limit the reference and antiphase reference voltages in amplitude. As a result, the process of transferring the measurement information to another frequency spectrum occurs, in which the envelope modulates the extreme values of the voltage of the carrier frequency of only one sign. This makes it possible to significantly simplify the detection process and reduce it to a simple carrier filtering, and the latter operation practically does not introduce distortions, since it is carried out over a signal whose shape is appropriate. full wave rectification. Figure 1 shows the device that implements the proposed method; Fig. 2 is a timing diagram explaining the method. The device of FIG. 1) contains a power supply connected to the input winding 2 of the inductosin, the output sine and cosine winding 3 of which is connected to the mixers 4 and 5, the measuring unit 6 containing the meander reference low frequency signal shaper and connected to the phase shifter 7, the outputs of the mixers 5 and 4 are connected through the corresponding detectors 8 and 9 to the adder 10, the output of which through the filter 15 is connected to the measuring unit 6. The output of the source 1 through the limiter 12 and the inverter 13 is connected to the mixers 5 and 4. The device Alizing way works as follows. In the source 1, a quasi-sinusoidal voltage U. AC alternating current (Fig. 2a) is formed and sent to the winding. 2 inductosin. The outputs of the two windings 3 inductosin receive, respectively, output b: napy Ugyx,, UBWX (Fig.26, c) and Ugyx Ugt ,, j ((not shown). In this position of the inductosyn, signals Ugyx2 are in phase with alternating voltage, - ( Fig. 2a), and the signals and Ugjji are anti-phase AC voltage, are directed to the limiter 12 (Fig. 1), where they are converted into a series of square-wave Uf, (Fig. 2d with a duty cycle of two, which are sent to the inverter 13 (Fig. 1). The output of the latter is the inverse sequence U, (Fig. 2e) of the pulses. Equality of the amplitudes of the original Ufj and inv Uc of the pulse sequence is ensured by the fact that the limiter 12 and the inverter 13 are the same type key elements operating in the same mode. In the measuring unit 6 (Fig. 1) they form a low square waveform of frequency signals of the type Uunpj (Fig. 2d), This sequence is used in the phase shifter 7 Ifig.O, where they receive another sequence of signals such as a meander lUhn (not shown) shifted relative to Uupp by a quarter of the period of this signal. The initial and inverse sequences of pulses U and U are sent to mixers 4 and 5. At the same time, output signals Ugy ,, U g ,,, inductosin and low-frequency 4 signal U (jnpi, and output signals 5, U (; (2 inductosin and low-frequency signal Unj. In mixers 4 and 5 for one half-period corresponding to ka; home for the mixer of the low-frequency signal, the initial and inverse sequences of pulses and Up (fig.2d, e) summarize respectively the output signals , for example, Ug. and Ugt ,, j (jj (Fig.26, c) and get Total impulse signals Then, during the other half period of this low frequency signal, the sequences Uj,, Un are summed up respectively with the antiphase output signals Ug and OUF and receive difference signals and pjj. Fig. 2g |. Each of the resulting sequences of total difference pulse signals, U ,, and Uj. ,, 2 (and similarly obtained sequences in mixer 5 not shown in FIG. 2) is an amplitude modulated signal whose modulation depth is proportional to the amplitude Output signals ude Inductosyn. The common signal (Fig. 2g), made up of signals U, is a constant voltage level, the value of which is generally proportional to the amplitudes U of the pulses of the original and inverse sequences of the alternating voltage. In the ideal case, the level value is equal to and. To detect the envelope signals and (Fig. 2g) from the outputs of mixers 4 and 5 of FIG. respectively, all detectors 9 and 8 are directed. In the detectors, carrier frequency pulsations are filtered to receive low frequency rectangular signals Otf in detector 9 (FIG. 2i), and low frequency square signal C of FIG. 2k in detector 8 (FIG. D) ), phase shifted relative to 0 by a quarter period of these signals. The amplitudes of the signals UK- and Ug- are proportional to the amplitudes of the output signals Ugy and Ugi, / X2, respectively, and their frequency is equal to the frequency of the low-frequency signal of block 6. Signals Ug and -2 are summed in adder 10 (Fig. 1). At the same time, at the output of the adder 10, a signal Uj (FIG. 2l) is obtained complexly. forms. Using filter 11 (Fig. 1), the first harmonic component is extracted from the signal Uy. The resulting sinusoidal signal (not shown) is sent to the measurement unit 6 for reference, where it is compared in phase with the original low-frequency signal and the phase difference is converted. compared signals in the code. Due to the amplitude operations of the reference and antiphase reference voltages, the error in signal detection is reduced, which leads to an increase in the accuracy of the method for converting movement into the code as a whole. The economic effect of the use of the invention of the invention is determined by its technical advantage.
