нием и отстаиванием, последнк о ввод т в нефть в капельном состо нии после укрупнени капель ппастовой воды, причем размеры капель пресной воды меньше размеров капель пластовой воды При введении пресной вода в мелкоij The invention relates to the processing of well production in fields, in particular to methods for desalting oil. There is a known method for desalting oil, which includes adding fresh industrial water to oil, followed by settling of HL. However, when fresh industrial water is introduced into the emulsion in a continuous stream, it is not sufficiently evenly distributed in the desaltable oil stream, as a result of which the bulk of the water is separated without salt washing out of the oil. The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is the method of desalting oil by introducing into it a de-emulsifier of enlarging droplets of formation water, adding fresh wash water with subsequent mixing and settling 2. The disadvantage of the known method is that the efficiency of leaching of salts from the dewatered oil is achieved due to the significantly superior volume of injected fresh water over the volume of the saline reservoir water. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the consumption of fresh wash water. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of desalting oil by introducing a demulsifier into it, enlarging drops of produced water in the coalescer, adding fresh wash water, followed by mixing. after settling of the paste water, the sizes of the fresh water droplets are smaller than the sizes of the formation water droplets.
е. достигаетс эффективньй перелее крупных размеров.in dispersed form, even in a small amount, a high concentration of it is achieved in the entire volume of oil being processed. With increasing concentration of fresh water droplets pu-. the dispersion in the volume of oil being processed reduces the distance between fresh and salt drops, as a result of which the process of collision, fusion and enlargement of all fresh and salt water drops, i.e., A large overflow is achieved.
1%.Most of the salts from the oil are precipitated with settling large drops of produced water, and the rest. The amount of salts is in 100–200 µm water droplets (the salt content is about 100 mg / l of oil with a total water content of 0.09% ). With the introduction of fresh wash water in dispersed form into dehydrated oil with previously enlarged drops of produced water for desalting oil from one drop of salt to the volume of fresh water. The oil treated in this way on the emulsion is easily separated into desalted oil and free water in the settling apparatuses. The method is carried out as follows. A depleted oil in the amount of 300 with a residual content of formation water of not more than 1% and salts of 800 mg / l is introduced into a droplet reinforcer, where the process of enlargement of the remaining drops of produced water to the size of 100-500 µm is carried out. Fresh dewatering water in an amount of 1% is introduced into dehydrated oil with enlarged drops of brine saline water through a special device in a dispersed state with droplet sizes of 30-50 microns. This achieves a high concentration of fresh water droplets in the entire volume of oil being processed. In this case, even under static conditions, drops of fresh and saline water are at a very close distance from each other, and under dynamic conditions, i.e. when the mixture moves through the duct blending pipeline in the turbulent mode, the more favorable conditions are created for intense mutual collision, merging and enlarging all of the cans: (b. The water-oil mixture treated in this way with larger drops of 150–1000 µm in size and salt water are introduced into the settling apparatuses, where the process of complete separation of liquid into desalted oil and free drainage water is carried out. Large droplets of produced water, 300-500 µm in size, are separated by Stokes law from no more than 1 hour, even without blending them among themselves or with fresh water drops up to more than 40 mg / l, a single injection of fresh water in an amount of 1% is sufficient.
The table shows the results of tests of the known and proposed methods for desalting oil.
