Description
Изобретение относитс к транспортному машиностроению и предназначено дл машин, работающих в сельском хоз йстве .FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to vehicle engineering and is intended for agricultural machinery.
Известно упругое колесо, содержащее эластичный обод с окнами на опорной поверхности, ступицу и гибкие спицы, длина каждой из которых больше радиу са колеса, при этом одни концы спиц жестко св заны со ступицей, а другие концы снабжены упорами fl3« 0A resilient wheel is known that contains an elastic rim with windows on the bearing surface, a hub and flexible spokes, each of which is longer than the wheel's radius, with one ends of the spokes rigidly connected to the hub, and the other ends are fitted with stops fl3 "0
A disadvantage of the known wheel is that when rolling on an equal supporting surface with a constant load, the hub performs vertical oscillations, it is also possible to have 15 axial elastic mixing, the hub inside the rim. The concentration of stresses occurs at the junctions of the spokes with the rim.
The aim of the invention is to expand the functionality of the wheel.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in an elastic wheel containing an elastic rim with windows on the supporting surface 25, the hub and flexible spokes, the length of each of which is greater than the radius of the wheel, with one ends of the spokes rigidly connected to the steps, and the other ends are fitted with stops, the spokes are missed into the windows of the rim with the possibility of movement relative to them, and the size of the stop is larger than the window size.
In addition, the spokes are mounted on the hub s in two rows, and on the rim - 35 In one row, each subsequent spoke is oriented tangentially to the hub in the direction opposite to the previous spoke.
Figure 1 shows a schematic of 40 wells in a free state, and in Figure 2 the same is experiencing the action of a normal load.
4.The wheel includes a resilient elastic rim 1, a hub 2 and flexible stretch needles 3 “Each needle is threaded through the rim hole and is attached to the hub at one end. Its other end is equipped with a stop 4.
The ends of the spokes are located in two rows on the hub and in one row on the rim just as it was done on a bicycle wheel with wire spokes. Figure 1 shows one row of spokes for simplicity. The second row of knitting needles is positioned in the same way as the first, but with one beam at an angle equal to half of the OT.
In the free state of the wheel, the diameter of the DC corresponding to the arrangement of the stops 4 is larger than the diameter of the rim f) o c. Under the action of a normal load Q, the rim is deformed (Figure 2). The diameter becomes DC. To obtain the required length of the bearing surface, the ejection between the Do and DC dimensions is obtained from the equality

Being flexible (made, for example, from pieces of a cable.) The spokes do not prevent deformation of the rim and the formation of a support surface. Under the influence of a normal load, the upper spokes tighten, and the lower ones sag. Due to the elongated spokes, the rim is deformed to form a bearing surface. The hub is suspended from the elastic rim, and there are no elements between it and the supporting section, transferring the load, which ensures the radial equilibrium of the wheel.

By positioning the spokes tangentially to the hub, the moment on the rim is transmitted by additional tension of the spokes.
Thus, the effect of using the proposed wheel is due to its radial equality, uniform distribution of contact pressures over the bearing surface, perception of lateral forces.
