The invention relates to a relay protection technique in electrical installations and is intended to protect three-phase electrical installations from interruption of one of the phases. A device is known that contains three current transformers, one in each phase, the output windings of which are rested by resistors and loaded onto a three-phase full-wave rectifier and then to a pulse sequence control unit with an actuator 1. The disadvantages of this device are low speed and reliability, so as a useful signal from a rectifier is relatively small. Since the operation of the device depends on the amount of current in the controlled circuit due to the presence of current transformers, its use in high-current circuits is difficult. It is also known a device containing a symmetric three-phase artificial load, the circuit of which includes the filter of currents of the inverse sequence, the output of which is connected to the protection unit connected to the executive body. If there is an electromotive load at the end of the protected part of the line, a similar negative-pass current filter is connected to its power supply, the output of which is also connected to the input of the protection unit 2. This device has high sensitivity, its operation does not depend on the amount of current in the controlled circuit. However, it has a difficult technical decision. For example, for its normal operation, it is necessary to install individual negative sequence current filters in the electric load circuit. In addition, this device does not provide simultaneously with protection and arc-free dilution of the contacts of the executive body (switch). Fulfilling this requirement would further complicate the device. The closest to the invention to the technical essence is a device for protection of a three-phase electrical installation from two-phase operation, containing three primary current transducers connected to the power supply network and functionally connected with a pulse train control unit, three pulse transformers, the primary current transducers in the form of synchronization blocks in each phase, and as a control of the pulse train, three three-input elements AND and one three-input element are used t OR 3. The disadvantages of the known device are the complexity of the circuit design and the high cost. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the circuitry and increase reliability. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for protection of a three-phase electrical installation against phase failure, containing three primary current transducers in the form of synchronization units in each phase, connected to a pulse sequence control unit, and an actuator on the thyristor, as a pulse sequence control unit, a four-winding pulse transformer having three input and one output windings, each of its three input windings connected to the output circuit of a synchronizing block, and one output winding - via diode with a thyristor control circuit. The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the proposed device. The device contains three synchronization blocks 1-3, one in each phase. The output circuits of the pulse control signals of the synchronization units are connected to the inputs of the windings 4-6 of the pulse transformer 7. The output winding 8 of the pulse transformer 7 is connected through the Zener diode 9 to the thyristor control circuit 10. Energy source 11 in the form of a precharged capacitor is connected in series with the thyristor. The thyristor 10 with terminals 12 and 13 is connected to the circuit-breaker control circuit (with the tripping trip coil or directly with the trip coil). The device works as follows. In normal mode, clock blocks 1–3 generate control clock pulses that prevent the zero current values of each phase for some time (1–3 ms). These control current pulses are spaced apart from one another by an angle of 13, and therefore they do not add up on the input windings 4-6 of the pulse transformer 7. The output voltage pulses on the winding 8 are not sufficient for the breakdown of the zener diode 9. Therefore, the thyristor 10 does not open and the automatic switch does not open. In the event of an emergency mode (termination of one of the phases), the currents in the two intact phases will become equal in magnitude and opposite in phase and after some time will simultaneously reach a zero value. In this case, two control signals from the outputs of the synchronization blocks of the intact phases will be fed simultaneously to the two input windings (4 and 5, 5 and 6 or 4 and 6) of the transformer 7. The voltages on the input slips will be summed. The voltage on the output winding 8 also increases, breaking the Zener diode 9. In this case, a current flows through the control circuit of the thyristor 10. The thyristor 10 is unlocked by supplying power to the trip trip coil. The breaker contacts will open the emergency circuit immediately before the zero value of the current of the intact phases, i.e., practically without ignition of the electric arc. As a switch (actuator), a high-speed three-pole circuit breaker or contactor can be used. At the same time, one of its poles (disconnected phase) will not switch the current, and the other two will provide a non-arched synchronized shutdown. As the switch speed increases, the efficiency of arc-free switching increases. The most expensive and complex elements of the proposed device are synchronization units, so it is advisable to use them also to control the arc-free disconnection of the actuator contacts (contactor or automaton) in the event of disconnection of currents in non-emergency mode (contactor) or in the event of short circuit current (automaton) . In this case, the shutdown device consists of three single-pole devices (one in each phase). The synchronized shutdown is carried out in phases at the current zero of each phase. Then the trip signal from terminals 12 and 13 must simultaneously be supplied to the coils of the tripping releases (trip coils) of all three apparatuses, for example, via an isolation pulse transformer. The phase asymmetry, which occurs as a result of phase switching, exists for a short time (less than 20 ms) and therefore does not adversely affect the load. The arcless opening of the contacts of single-pole disconnecting devices allows them to be made without arc-suppressing devices, reduce their weight, size, and increase reliability and fire safety. Bead-free switching increases contact life.
