Description
1 The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology. A device for osteosynthesis of tubular bones is known, which comprises a flexible rod with fixing elements strung on it, fixedly mounted at one end of the rod and connected to a tensioner attached at the other end of the rod L1I. However, this device does not provide the stability of osteosynthesis. The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability of osteosynthesis by coinciding the physiological curvature of the bone channel and the curvature of the device. The goal is achieved. The device for osteosin has tubular tissues containing a flexible rod with locking elements strung on it, fixedly fixed at one end of the rod and connected to a tensioner fixed at the other end of the rod, the fixing elements are in the form of movably connected one to other cylinders with an external corrugated surface and with end teeth, forming in pairs locking connection. The drawing shows the proposed device, the overall appearance. The device for osteosynthesis of tubular bones consists of a flexible wall 1 and locking elements 2 strung on it, made in the form of cylinders with face teeth and a reef 8J with left surfaces forming pairwise locking connections. The flexible rod 1 is attached to a tensioner 3 having a nut 4. The other end of the flexible rod 1 is fixedly connected with a clip 5 mounted on the guide head 6 of one of the fixing elements 2. The device operates as follows. After matching the bone fragments, a small hole is made in the vertical bone layer. Through the opening of one of the bone fragments, the device is inserted through the head 6 so that it all goes into the bone marrow channel of the second fragment. Then, rod 1 is tightened with the help of a nut 4 and tensioner 3. The whole device, due to the lock connection of elements 2, takes the shape corresponding to the physiological shape of the bone canal. The corrugated surface of the links provides rigid fixation of fragments in the radial direction. The proposed invention is simple in construction, stably fixes bone fragments by coinciding the physiological curvature of the bone channel and the curvature of the device, does not require additional external immobilization with plaster straps. This creates conditions for the initial healing of the bone wound by creating optimal conditions for reparative regeneration.
