Description
The invention relates to automatic signaling and can be used in the implementation of fire prevention measures, as well as in the calibration of smoke detectors. An optoelectronic aerosol sensor is known that contains a source optically connected through a controlled and reference space with corresponding photodetectors included in the shoulders of a non-equilibrium bridge, an electronic signal processing unit with a relay output node P. The disadvantage of this sensor is its low reliability. - due to the inconsistency of the error in the range of change in the concentration of smoke caused by the fact that when the radiation intensity of the source that passes through the controlled space to To the receiver, the amount of his own noise and the sensitivity of the photodetector change. This is due to the non-identity and non-linearity of the characteristics of both photodetectors, which leads to additional error also in the case of simultaneous changes in the light fluxes passing through the controlled and reference space caused by a change in the radiation intensity of the source, which can cause false triggering of the device. Closest to the invention is an electronic aerosol sensor containing an adjustable radiation source optically coupled to a radiation detector, the output of which is connected to one input of a differential amplifier, the other input of which is connected to a coder of a random signal, the output signal of a differential signal of a power amplifier is connected to an adjustable radiation source and output element C21. The known device compensates for changes in the intensity of the radiation source, however, this changes the threshold of its operation, which leads to a decrease in reliability J) sensor rates. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the sensor in operation. The goal is achieved by the fact that an optoelectronic sensor contains an adjustable radiation source optically coupled to a radiation receiver whose output is connected to one input of a differential amplifier, an output element, an integrator, a reference element, a voltage driver, a regulator the luminous flux of the radiation receiver and the additional radiation receiver optically coupled to the adjustable radiation source, the output of the secondary radiation receiver is connected to another input of the of the differential amplifier, the output of the in-phase signal of the differential amplifier through the integrator to one input of the comparison element, the other input of which is connected to the first output of the reference voltage driver, the output of the comparison element is connected to the control input of the adjustable radiation source, the output of the differential signal of the differential amplifier to a light output controller of a radiation receiver whose output is connected to an output element. In addition, a switch and a regulator of the luminous flux of an additional radiation receiver, the control input of which through a switch is connected to the second and third outputs of the reference voltage generator, are inserted into the device. The drawing shows a diagram of an optoelectronic sensor aerosol. The device contains an adjustable radiation source 1, made on the lamp 2 with a controlled drive 3, a diaphragm 4, a radiation receiver 5, a differential amplifier 6 containing input resistors 7-9 and a subtractive element 10, an output element 11, an integrator 12, a comparison element 13, shaper 14 of reference voltages, made on resistors 15-19, regulator 20 of the luminous flux of the radiation receiver 5, additional receiver 21 of the radiation, switch 22, regulator 23 of the luminous flux of the additional receiver 21 of radiation. Regulators 20 and 23 contain actuators 24 and diaphragms 23. The device operates as follows. In the absence of an aerosol in the path of the luminous flux of the radiation receiver 5, the intensity of the luminous fluxes of this receiver and additional
The receiver of radiation 21 is the same. At the same time, there are no signals at the outputs of the differential signal (subtractive element 10) and the common-mode signal (connection point of resistors 7-9) of the differential amplifier 6. The state of the luminous flux regulators 20 and 23 is unchanged. When switching on the work by selecting the voltage removed from the resistor 15, the driver 14 of the reference voltages, the initial operation mode of the device can be ensured.

When an aerosol appears in the path of the luminous flux incident on: the radiation emitter 5, a resistor signal appears at the output of the subtractive element 10, which triggers the luminous flux regulator 20 in the direction of increasing flux (the regulator 20 opens). This process occurs until the intensity of the light flux incident on the radiation receiver 5 is restored, i.e. until the reduced transparency of the medium is compensated. At the same time, the signal from the output of the luminous flux regulator 20 enters the Hd input of the output element 11. The magnitude of this signal is proportional to the amount of aerosol, which makes it possible to measure its concentration and ensure that the signal is at a predetermined concentration level
аэрозол (уменьшение прозрачности среды).aerosol (reduced transparency of the environment).
2.In the case of a change in the radiation intensity of the lamp 2 of the controlled radiation source 1, the intensities of the light fluxes incident on the receiver 5 and the additional radiation receiver 21 equally change, which leads to the appearance of a signal at the common-mode signal output (connection point of resistors 7-9) of the differential amplifier 6. This signal. through the integrator 12 is fed to the input of the comparison element 13. The signal from the output of the comparison element 13 acts on the actuator 3 of the diaphragm 4 of the controlled radiation source 1. This ensures the constancy of the operating point and threshold of the sensor when the radiation intensity of the adjustable radiation source 1 changes, for example, due to subsidence and aging of the lamp 2.
Это приводит к изменению регул торбм 20 светового потока приёмника 5 излучени до величины, соответствующей порогу срабатывани .For calibration, switch 22 is moved to the lower (according to the diagram) position. At the same time, the luminous flux falling on the additional radiation detector 21 is reduced. This leads to a change in the regulation torbm 20 of the luminous flux of the radiation receiver 5 to the value corresponding to the trigger threshold.
The economic efficiency of the proposed device is due to its technical features.
