The device relates to a measurement technique and is intended to measure the electrical conductivity of electrolytes.
A device for measuring electrical conductivity is known, comprising an electrical conductivity sensor consisting of two. Toroidal magnetic conductors, each of which is wound around a winding: one is an excitation winding, the other is from a measuring wind, a sinusoidal voltage generator, a secondary measuring device. The field winding is connected to a sinusoidal voltage generator, the measurement winding is connected to a secondary measuring device. The sensor has a through hole and is structurally designed so that the electrolyte in which it is placed, covers both magnetic j. A disadvantage of the known device is the appearance in the measuring winding of the parasitic signal from the generator due to the electromagnetic coupling between the windings and the capacitive coupling through the dielectric of the sensor body, which introduces an error in the measurement results. It is also known a device for measuring electrical conductivity, which contains a conductivity sensor consisting of two toroidal magnesium wires, one of which has an excitation winding, another measuring winding, a sinusoidal voltage generator connected to the excitation winding, and a measuring instrument connected to measuring winding, and a compensation circuit consisting of two windings, wound one at a time. on each magnetic core and interconnected through a variable resistance 21. With By changing the resistance, a zero secondary meter is obtained, i.e. achieve that the connection through the compensation circuit is equal in amplitude and opposite in phase to the parasitic connection. However, the compensation of the parasitic signal in such a device will be effective only under the conditions at which the device was tuned. When measuring temperature, pressure, with changing parameters (for example, due to aging)
паразитных св зей будут мен тьс , цепь, компенсации становитс неэффективной , в результат измерений вноситс погрешность.parasitic connections will change, the circuit will become ineffective, the error will be added to the measurement result.
The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy.
This goal is achieved in that a device for measuring electrical conductivity, comprising an electrical conductivity sensor, comprising two toroids. magnetic circuit, one of which has an excitation winding, another measuring winding and a second compensation winding, a sinusoidal voltage generator, a secondary measuring device, an excitation winding connected to a sinusoidal voltage generator, a measuring winding - an additional toroidal measuring winding is inserted into the secondary measuring device, with an additional winding and a first compensation winding and an AC voltage amplifier, with an additional winding connected to the input of the amp tel alternating voltage, the first and second compensation winding connected in series and an amplifier connected to the output alternating voltage. The drawing shows a diagram of a device for measuring electrical conductivity. The device consists of a sensor including three toroidal magnetic conductors 1 - 3, on which the excitation windings 4, two compensation windings 5 and 6, measuring winding 7, additional winding 8, sinusoidal voltage generator 9, secondary measuring device 10, amplifier 11 are wound. alternating voltage, with the excitation winding 4 wound on the magnetic core 1 and connected to the generator 9, the measuring winding wound on the magnetic core 2 and connected to the secondary metering device 10, the additional winding 8 to us on the magnetic core 3 and connected to the input of the amplifier It, the first compensation winding 5 is wound on the magnetic core 3, the second compensation winding 6 is wound on the magnetic core 2, the compensation windings 5 and 6 are connected in series and connected to the output of the amplifier 11. The device for measuring electrical conductivity works as follows in a way. From generator 9, a sinusoidal voltage is applied to the winding 4 of the excitation, and an electromotive voltage in the form of an electrolyte is induced, proportional to the voltage from the generator 9. The current flowing in the coil of the electrolyte is determined by its electrical conductivity. The current in the electrolyte coil induces an emf in the measuring winding proportional to the conductivity of the electrolyte. This signal is measured by the secondary measuring device 10. However, the edge of the useful signal in the measuring winding 7 is induced by a parasitic signal, which introduces an error in the measurement results. The additional winding 8 is completely identical to the measuring winding 7, and the primary compensation winding 5 is completely identical (equivalent to the secondary winding 6 of compensation, the arrangement of the magnetic circuit 3 is similar to the location of the magnetic circuit 2. At the same time, an additional signal equal to the parasitic signal in the measuring winding 7 is induced in the additional winding 8 The AC amplifier 11 has a large gain factor and is covered by a deep negative feedback through the winding 5 and the additional winding 8. This inclusion ensures that The compensation of the parasitic signal in the additional winding 8 due to the current flowing in the first compensation winding 5. Considering the identity of the magnetic cores 2 and 3, windings 7 and 8 and windings 6 and 5, and also that the compensation windings 5 and 6 are connected in series and over them the same current flows, it can be assumed that the spurious signal in the measuring winding 7 will be fully compensated by the flow of current through the second compensation winding 6. Thus, the proposed technical solution has a higher measurement accuracy compared to the base object.
