00 4 I The invention relates to the finishing of textile industry and can be used in dyeing or final finishing of textile fabrics. A known method of treating a textile fabric is by applying a thermosetting resin to the fabric and supplying a jet of steam m. The disadvantage of this method is the irregular application of a thermosetting resin, which leads to the banding of the web and the deterioration of other properties. There is also known a method for liquid processing of a textile fabric by blowing it with a jet of steam, which (is fed onto the fabric across its entire width to ensure its deflection, and applying the treatment composition 2. The disadvantage of this method is the low quality of the processing of the fabric. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of liquid treatment of textile fabric by blowing it with a jet of steam, which is fed to the fabric across the entire width to ensure its deflection, and applying The latter is carried out simultaneously with the blowing of the web with steam, steam is supplied at a speed of 80–250 m / s, and the processing solution is applied in an amount of 0.18–1.25 l per 1 cm of the textile web. A solution of the Mop active resin is used as a treatment solution. The proposed method is carried out as follows: A stream of steam is supplied to the textile fabric throughout its width, and the fabric deflects and deforms in the 1.0-3.0 cm wide web area. During the steam in his jet administer the treatment solution. The treatment solution is heated directly during steam spraying. A jet of steam is fed at an angle of 100-150 to the surface of the web, in order to meet its movement from a distance of 0.1-1.0 cm. When a jet of steam and the treatment solution is supplied to the surface of the web for a distance of 0.1-1.0 cm, spraying With the fluid formed at the nozzle exit, it has a maximum velocity and temperature. With an increase in the distance of 4.0 cm, due to the resistance of the air environment, the speed of the jet with which it enters the web, and hence the depth of penetration of finishing or other reagents, decreases. At the same time, due to heat exchange with the environment, the temperature of the liquid in the jet and the temperature of the textile web decrease. When reducing the distance below 0 cm, there is no effect of penetration of the reagent into the web. The supply of a jet of steam and the treatment solution at an angle of 100-150 ° to the surface and towards the moving web also ensures the maximum speed of the jet entering the web thickness due to the addition of the web speed and the projection of the velocity of the steam jet and the processing solution. Increasing the feed angle above 150 makes it difficult for the steam jet and the treatment solution to enter the thickness of the fabric by increasing the resistance of the air gap moving with the web and reflecting the jet from the surface of the web. Fixing a section of the web with a width of 1.0-3.0 cm allows to obtain maximum strain values in the web when it is treated with a jet of steam from the nozzle. Expansion of the upper limit of the range above 3.0 cm when processing the same jet of steam, respectively, reduces the value of the resulting deformations and leads to an increase in the size of the device for fixing a section of the web. When the width of the effect is reduced, the quality impregnation is not achieved. Pir is served at a speed of 80-250 m / s, and the processing solution is applied in an amount of 0.18-1.25 l of not 1 m textile fabric. As a treatment solution using a solution of thermosetting resin. Such a steam rate and the amount of the treatment agent applied ensure a uniform distribution of the treatment agent in the volume of the vapor medium, in connection with which a uniform application of the treatment solution to the surface of the web is observed and the quality of the treatment of the web is improved. Example. Cotton fabric art. 3304 is treated with a solution of a precondensate thermosetting resin of the following composition, g / l:
Karbomol TsEM
Polyethylene
эмульси emulsion
Chloride
Prior to the introduction of the treatment solution into the steam jet, the area of the web is deformed with a steam jet at a width of 3.0 cm, and the solution is sprayed with simultaneous heating to 60 ° C during injection, and the solution is introduced into the steam jet under a pressure of 0.1 MPa.
The web is processed at a web speed of 30 m / s, a vapor pressure of 0.2 MPa, a steam feed rate of 250 m / s, and the processing plant is applied in an amount of 1.25 liters per 1 m of textile web. Then the cloth is subjected to drying and thermal stabilization for 300 s. A jet of vapor with a spread solution is fed at an angle of 150 ° to the surface of the web. After processing the textile fabric explore its properties. The research results are summarized in the table.
