Известно устройство дл креплени держател петлителей на валу механизма петлител швейной машины, содержащее головку, несущую петлители и смонтированную на валу с возможностью осевого перемещени , и фиксаторы головки на валу, один из которых состоит из закрепленной на валу коаксиальной втулки с пальцем и паза дл пальца, вьшолненного в головке , а другой вьшолнен в виде подпружинненого в осевом направлений кольца, охватьгоающего головку l. Однако использование известного устройства св зано с неудобством зап равки петлителей нит ми, требующей использовани пинцетов и необходимых навыков дл манипулировани концом заправл емых нитей в зоне установки устройства. Цель изобретени - повьшгение удоб ства в обслуживании. На валу 4 посредством винтов 5 крепитс коаксиальна втулка 3 с пальцем 6, расположенным перпен- дикул рно оси вала, которые выполн ют роль одного фиксатора головки 2 на валу 4. На цилиндрической части 7 головки 2 имеетс паз 8 Г-образной формы. Другой фиксатор состоит из кольца 9, подпружиненного в осевом направлении пружиной 10, охватьтающего головку 2 устройства. Подпружиненное кольцо 9 св зано с головкой 2 при помощи шлицевого соединени 11, предотвращающего проворачивание его относительно головки. Это кольцо содер жит фиксирующую выемку дл пальца 6. Устройство работает следующим образом. Оператор, обслуживающий швейную машину, дл заправки нитей в петлители 1 вручную нажимает на подпружиненное кольцо 9 и отт гивает его на себ , при этом пружина 10 сжимаетс и выемка «а освобождает палец 6. Затем выполн етс поворот головки 2 на небольшой угол относительно неподвижного пальца 6, дальнейшее перемещение головки по Г-образному пазу и съем головки с петлител ми с коаксиальной втулки 3, котора остаетс на валу 4 механизма петлител . После заправки нитей в петлители, производимой вне рабочей зоны взаимодействи петлителей с иглами,указанные операции и взаимодействи производ тс в обратной последовательности следующим образом. Головка 2 с петлител ми 1 насаживаетс вручную на коаксиальную втулку 3 вала 4, перемещаетс при помощи Г-образного паза вдоль оси X , а затем выполн етс поворот ее до упора в пазу пальца 6. Перемеща сь по пазу , головка нажимает на упор 5 кольца 9, выемка с упираетс в неподвижный палец 6 и головка 2 с петлител ми 1 фиксируетс в исходном положении , соответствующем требуемой точной установке относительно вала меха низма петлител и игл.
