Использование изобретени позвол ет оперативно определить неисправ-The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals and can be used to automatically control the flotation process. There is a known method of controlling the flotation process, based on a change in the reagent mode depending on the qualitatively quantitative process indicators. Control values of PC1X effects are calculated using regression equations that relate disturbances and control the quality of the final product. 1 The known method is characterized by low process efficiency indicators, since the state of the reactant dispensers is not taken into account, and the dispenser or control channel does not take into account they receive a non-optimal amount of reagent in the flotation operation. . There is a known method of controlling the flotation process at a fractional flow of reagents, including changing the flow rate of agents from the metering units according to the qualitative and quantitative process indicator, taking into account the actual flow rate of the reagent. The method is based on calculating the dosage of reagents depending on the changing technological parameters and adjusting the actual dosage. the duration and frequency of the open state of the dispenser, coming from the pulse sensors of the state of the dispensers. The adjustment of the dose of the reagent is carried out according to the formula Ai "iIifi, where A is the part of the consumption of reagent for the i-th dispenser, determined by the instability of the control equipment; the coefficient taking into account the flow area of the i-ro dispenser; actual values of the duration and frequency of the open state of the i-ro metering device, respectively. However, this method slightly increases the efficiency of the process, since the consumption of reagent is adjusted only for that dispenser which, for whatever reason, at a previous point in time (up to 72 seconds) does not provide the required reagent consumption. Therefore, when the dosing unit or the control channel fails, the dose of the reagent of this dosing unit stops feeding during the flotation process, which reduces the quality of the process control. The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy and stability of the control by compensating for changes in the actual consumption of reagents from the dispensers. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of controlling the flotation process with the fractional flow of reagents, including changing the consumption of reagents from the dosing | by qualitative and quantitative indicators of the process, taking into account the actual consumption of the reagent, measure the degree of effectiveness of the dosing of the reagent from the dispensers as the ratio of the actual consumption of the reagent from the dispenser to the maximum possible consumption, allocate the dispenser with the minimum degree of efficiency of dispensing reagent, and the actual consumption of the reagent from the dispenser with the minimum degree of efficiency is redistributed between the dispensers of the actual reagent consumption Gent, proportional to the degree of efficiency of the dispensing of reagent dispensers vschelennoy group. The drawing shows a functional diagram of the control unit implementing the proposed control method. The scheme contains sensors 1 for qualitative and quantitative characteristics of enrichment products, reagent dispensers 2, computing device 3 consisting of calculation unit 4, failure detection unit 5, correction unit 6 and output unit 7 for control device 8. The method is carried out as follows. According to information received from sensors 1 of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the enrichment products to the computing device 3, the calculating device calculation unit 4 calculates the required dosage of the reagent in the process for flotation operations and for each specific metering device 2. In the absence of a malfunctioning metering unit or its information control channel The dosage is unchanged in the correction unit 6 and is supplied to the setpoint issuing unit 7, which carries out the task for the dosage of reagents for each controllable dispenser on the device Property 8 management. The control device 8 converts the reference signal into a sequence of control pulses arriving at the dispensers 2. If the dispenser 2 fails or the control channel fails, the failure determination unit 5 outputs the number of the dispenser that has been discharged to the correction block 6, which redistributes the reagent dose of the failed dispenser between operable dispensers of the same reagent to the flotation operation in the following sequence. Determine the degree of effectiveness of serviceable dispensers 2 according to the formula ij) b-. P; where "}, is the set dosage of the reagent for the j-ro dispenser per unit of time; , - the maximum possible dosage for the 4th dispenser per unit of time; n is the number of dispensers; B - the number of the defective metering device 35. The group of dispensers 2 is determined, which, according to the degree of effectiveness, provide the required dosage of the reagent (. 2) and redistribute the dose of the failed dispenser between the operable dispensers 2. (- iНе; (-iln where. Is the adjusted dose of the pea gate for the j-th dispenser. Adjusted the dosage of the reagent is supplied to the block 7 of the issuance of the settings, which causes the task to the control device 8 in the established proportion BEFORE the next failure or restoration of the working capacity of the metering device 2. Example. In collective flotation at the processing plant give the xanthate collector reagent. Its supply is fractional over the flotation front and totals 5 points (metering devices) in a single flow. For these points, the reagent consumption is 56.7 g / m calculated according to qualitative quantitative characteristics (product consumption and content of metals). t, or (taking into account the concentration of xanthate equal to 4.5%) 3.14 l / min. The maximum consumption of reagents for each dispenser is 2; 1.5; 1.5; 1.5; 1.5 l / min The calculated reagent consumption is distributed between the five points (dispensers) as follows: 0.89; 0.59; 0.59; 0.59; 0.48 l / min In case of failure of the fifth metering unit, its dose (0.48 l / min) is redistributed by means of the correction unit 6 between the working metering units in the following sequence. By the formula (1), the degree of effectiveness of each working dispenser is determined - 0.445; P2 0,393; P 0.393; P4 0.395. By condition (2), the group of dispensers is determined. providing the required dosage of reagent 4 (1 p.). 3.84: 0.48 J According to the formula (3), the dosage of the working mode is adjusted: bank dispensers, which will take respectively the following values: vt 1.02; c 0.704; 0.704: 0.704 L / min. This reagent distribution is maintained dB of the next failure or recovery of the dispenser. When recalculating the dosage of the reagent, as the qualitatively quantitative indicators of the process change, the absolute values of the dosage of the reagents change, and the dose of the faulty dispenser is redistributed. The use of the invention allows to quickly determine the faults
