Description
На немагнитные частицы обогащаемого материала магнитного поле сепаратора не действует, и они свободно проход т между проволоками заполнител .The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals, as well as to the separation of particles depending on their magnetic susceptibility and can be used for enriching low-magnetic ores on separators with a strong magnetic field. Magnetic separator cassettes are known, including a ferromagnetic core made in the form of left-plate reef, and aggregate attachment points in the cassette. In a polygraphic filler of cassettes in the form of toothed plates, the channels and passages of the enriched material are made in the form of through open targets, the width of which is determined by distance rods installed in some cavities between the teeth of the adjacent plates. Typically, the distance between the teeth of adjacent plates is 1-2 mm. Such a filler is better flushed with water under pressure and It has a smaller intrinsic volume than a scarring aggregate C 1. However, even in this filler the channels are clogged with electro-magnetic particles that are held onto the teeth by the dispersion field of the magnetic system. In addition, channel closure can also occur with particles whose size exceeds the enrichment technology. As b is not well classified enriched material, such particles are always present in the food separator and when rigidly fixing the plates they clog the channels between the plates. The disadvantage of the toothed plates is also the loss of the sharpness of the tops of the teeth as a result of abrasive wear, which leads to a deterioration in the separation of the quality of the enriched material. Closest to the invention of the technical essence and the achieved result. is a magnetic separator cassette that includes elements of a ferromagnetic aggregate of magnetic wire and fasteners for elements in cassette G2} This magnetic separator cassette has a filler that takes up 6-8 times less volume in the cassette and provides a gradient of intensity, and, consequently, from attracting magnetic force, 10-100 times more than balls or jagged plates. However, this aggregate is clogged with solids and is not efficiently washed, resulting in loss of throughput and separation efficiency. The aim of the invention is to increase the operational reliability of the magnetic separator by improving the regeneration of the aggregate. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a magnetic separator cassette that includes elements of a ferromagnetic core of magnetic conductor wire and fasteners for elements in a cassette, the filler elements are made in the form of beams rigidly fixed at one end on the supply side of the material being separated into the attachment nodes, made in the form of cages, moreover, the wires in bundles are arranged longitudinally to the direction of the material feed. Such a constructive implementation of a polygradient cassette filler improves the separation quality of the enriched material and increases the throughput capacity of magnetic separators, which, as a result, increases the operational reliability of the magnetic separator. The drawing shows a cassette, cross section. The arrow OM indicates the flow direction of the enriched material. The magnetic separator cassette includes a housing 1, in which the filler elements are installed, made in the form of bundles 2 of magnetic conductor wire rigidly fixed in casing 3 with one end on the feed side of the original bulk material. . Cassette magnetic separator works as follows. When a cassette is inserted into the magnetic field, its body 1 is installed parallel to the pole tips, and the filler wires made in the form of beams 2 interconnect to form a system of longitudinal ferromagnetic elements fixed in the cages 3. The cages 3 are located in the cassette with gaps 4 into which enriched material, further entering the space between the beams 2. Magnetic wire distorts the magnetic field of the magnetic system of the separator, and the stronger, the closer the wire to each other. Due to the distortion of the fields, a high gradient of intensity is created and, as a result, a large magnetic force extracts magnetic particles from the enriched material, attracting and holding them on the surface of the wires. The magnetic field of the separator does not act on non-magnetic particles of the enriched material, and they freely pass between the filler wires.
Перед выходом из зоны действи магнитного пол сепаратора через отверсти в обойме производитс подача в пространство между пучками 2 проволок промыной воды под небольшим напором, чтобы более полно отделить немагнитные частицы от магнитных .Before leaving the magnetic field of the separator, through the holes in the cage, rinsing water wires are fed into the space between the beams 2 under a small pressure in order to more completely separate the non-magnetic particles from the magnetic ones.
When the magnetic field of the separator leaves the area of action, the attraction of magnetic particles to the surface of the wires weakens first, and
В отсутствии магнитного пол свободные концы проволок заполнител расход тс под действием сил упругости и иапора воды, подав аемой на промьшку, что обеспечивает полное удаление с поверхности проволок даже сильномагнитных частиц.then it stops and they are discharged by force of gravity. In the absence of a magnetic field, the free ends of the filler wires are consumed by the action of elastic forces and the ipore of water supplied to the substrate, which ensures that even strongly magnetic particles are completely removed from the surface of the wires.
The proposed magnetic separator cartridge improves the performance (throughput) of the magnetic separator and improves the quality of enrichment products due to the unforgettable and good washability provided by the arrangement of the bundles of wires longitudinally feeding the enrichment material and washing water, .
In addition, the complexity of manufacturing such a polygradient filler is significantly less than the complexity of manufacturing toothed plates, balls or nets.
The proposed magnetic separator cartridge makes it possible to increase the operational reliability of the separator.
