A known centrifuge for separating suspensions, containing a rotating drum with nozzles for unloading sediment and a device for opening and closing nozzles, including automatically acting valves, is activated depending on the pressure of 1 condensed solid phase and ensures the release of the latter from Cl. The disadvantage of this centrifuge is that the valves consist of complex and precision-made fine details that go out of order when the centrifuge is operating. There is no guarantee that the circumferential valves on the drum will open at the same time. This leads to an imbalance of the drum and the exit of the centrifugal center. The centrifuge for separating the suspension is also known, the cylindrical conical rotor of which has openings for removing thickened solid phase on a larger diameter, and the centrifuge is equipped with a device for opening and closing the openings consisting of a shaft of radially locking elements which are actuated by cutting braking or accelerating the C23 centrifuge. This centrifuge is complex in design, which requires a lot of labor costs when manufactured. The disadvantage of centrifuges is the use of the jerk arising during braking and acceleration of the rotor for activating the device for opening and closing the openings, the use of which in large-sized centrifuges is prohibited. Closest to the present invention is a centrifuge for separating suspensions, comprising a rotor, fitted with nozzles disposed on its housing, and a device for periodically opening and closing the nozzles, rotatably mounted relative to the rotor. An auger is installed inside the rotor for transporting the sediment to the nozzles, while the device for the first opening and closing of the nozzles consists of elastic inserts of the necks, which are fixed around the circumference of the auger drum. The device for periodically opening and closing the nozzles can be made in the form of a tape with openings SzS. A disadvantage of the known centrifuge is that at high speeds of rotation of the rotor, the liners are pressed under high pressure to the rotor housing, which prevents their rotation and causes their wear to increase, especially when separating suspensions with mineral particles. When the device is made in the form of a tape, the latter is also subjected to heavy wear and, in addition, the holes made in it are easily clogged. All this leads to the unreliability of the centrifuge. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the centrifuge. To achieve this goal, a centrifuge for separating suspensions containing a rotor, fitted with nozzles disposed on its housing, and a device for periodically opening and closing nozzles, mounted rotatably with respect to the rotor, a device for periodically opening and closing nozzles made in the form of a disk, the lateral cylindrical surface of which is located directly at the inlets of the nozzles and has a height greater than the diameter of the holes indicated, and of cylindrical lateral surface provided with at least one recess for the passage of sludge to the nozzles. It is advisable to provide the disc with an elastic scraper for cleaning the nozzles. FIG. 1 shows the proposed centrifuge, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is a partial section of the centrifuge in FIG. 1 in an enlarged oil tank without a longitudinal section of the auger organ; in fig. 3 is a partial cross section of the centrifuge in FIG. 1 on an enlarged scale with a device for periodically opening and closing the nozzles and an elastic scraper; in fig. 4 - section A-A in FIG. 1, - in FIG. 5-9 shows a device for periodically opening and closing nozzles, variants; Fig 10 - a variant of the design of the centrifuge, a longitudinal section; in fig. 11 - the same, to divide the suspension into three phases, a longitudinal section / in FIG. 12 node G in FIG. eleven; in fig. 13 shows a section BB in FIG. eleven; Fig 14 "plate pack, / axonometrics. The centrifuge for separating the suspension (fig., 1) contains a casing 1, a horizontally mounted rotor 2 therein, on the cylindrical conical body of which there are nozzles 3 for discharging sediment. A screw inside the rotor, consisting of a drum 4 and a helix 5 fixed on it and a device b for periodically opening and closing the nozzles, mounted on the drum 4 of the screw. The solid wasp phase is located on the inner surface of the rotor 2, while the liquid level is regulated in height by the gates 7 ,. which are located at the holes 8 provided for draining the liquid phase by the end closure of the rotor 2 plate 9. The rotor 2 from the conical tapering side is supported by the support flange 10, which in turn is installed in the bearing support 11. The rotor drive is carried out by means of a pulley 12 of the belt transmission and electric motor (not shown). Entering the suspension occurs, as indicated by the arrow, 13, through the loading pipe 14 inside the drum 4 of the screw. The direction of movement of the screw is indicated by arrow 15. The screw is installed inside the rotor 2 on the intermediate bearing supports 16 and 17. The rotational movement transmitted through the pulley 12 to the rotor 2 is transmitted through the face plate 9 to the hollow shaft 19 installed in the bearing support 18 and to the differential gear 20, which in turn, at the exit through the shaft 21, is firmly connected to the end wall 22. The spiral of the auger, in its rotational movement in the direction of the arrow 15, moves a sedimented solid substance in the direction of the stream 23. The arrangement 6 for periodically opening and closing the nozzles is made in the form of a disk 24, the lateral cylindrical surface 25 of which is located directly at the inlet apertures 26 of the nozzles 3 and has a height exceeding the diameter of said holes, while on the cylindrical side surface at least one a recess 27 for the passage of the sediment to the nozzles; the helix 5 to me passes through this notch; the disk 24 is provided with an elastic scraper 28 for cleaning the nozzles 3, which stands out above the disk. The scraper 28 is clamped in the clamping device 29 o. In FIG. 6 shows a disc having a T-shaped cross section. FIG. 7 shows a nozzle 3 having an L-shape, the inlets of which interact with a disk 24 having on the face 30 surface 30 bosses 31 that open or close the openings of nozzles 3. In FIG. 9 shows a nozzle 3 with a wear-resistant insert 32, and the disk 24 is placed at a distance designated by the figure 33. This distance can be changed when winding the threaded connection 34 of the nozzle 3; The gap is 20-500 microns. FIG. 8 shows a disk 24 having an L-shaped cross section, and the nozzle body has an elastic insert 35 which varies in cross section, which can vary in diameter 36, due to a more or less deep screwing in of the screw 37. The centrifuge operates as follows ... As the rotor 2 rotates, the slurry enters the drum 4 of the screw and the rotor 2 from it through the loading tube 14, where it is divided into fractions. The liquid phase is removed from the rotor through the holes 8, and the solid phase is driven by a screw, which rotates at a speed different from that of the rotor, and is transported to the nozzles 3. The difference between the rotor speeds and the auger is 2-10 rpm. The device b for periodically opening and closing the nozzles rotates at the speed of the auger. The disk 24 passes by the nozzles 3 and if one of the recesses 27 coincides with the outlet of the nozzle, the sediment flows into the latter and is ejected from the rotor Z. With further rotation of the disk 24 of the nozzle 3, it is closed with a cylindrical lateral surface and the sediment is not thrown out. Thus, these cycles are repeated. The centrifuge according to FIG. 10 and 11 is a separator comprising a rotor; consisting of a base 38 and a lid 39, a plate holder 40 with a stack of plates 41, a feed pipe 42, pressure devices 43 and 44 for removal of separated fractions, nozzles 45 and 46 for discharging sediment located on the largest diameter of the rotor, and a device 47 for periodically opening and closing nozzles mounted rotatably with respect to the rotor, and made in the form of a disk 48, the lateral cylindrical surface of which is located directly at the inlets of the nozzles and has a surface height exceeding the diameter indicated holes. At least one recess 49 is made on the cylindrical side surface for the passage of sediment to the nozzles. The rotor is mounted on a hollow shaft 50 in the bearing support 51. The plate holder 40 with a tray of plates 41 is mounted on the shaft 52. A needle bearing 53 is located between the hollow shaft 50 and the shaft 52. The shafts 50 and 52 are equipped with separate drive pulleys 54 and 55, rotated by an electric motor 56 through a variable speed transmission 57. This provides a different speed of rotation for the rotor and the plate holder with a plate package. The device 47 for periodically opening and closing the nozzles is mounted on the shaft 52. The separator shown in FIG. 1 is intended to divide the suspension into three fractions. According to this embodiment, one or two devices 47 can be installed inside the rotor. FIG. 10 and 11 depict a variant of the separator design, according to which the stack of plates is equipped with rotary bent vanes 58, made, for example, by extending intermediate partitions 59 between the plates 41. Rotary curved blades ensure the movement of a heavy condensed fraction in the direction of the nozzles 45. Top end of the end part 60 of the rotary curved blade 58 (Fig. 14) is rotated around an axis 61 passing through the center of the body of the blade, in the direction 62 of rotation through the angle oi (0-90, preferably 60 ° so that the axial direction of the flow With respect to the 62nd septum 59, the pivoting blade may additionally impart a heavy phase flow direction parallel to the axis of rotation, the separator works as follows. The initial suspension through the feeding tube 42 enters the plate holder and then goes from the periphery to the plate pack 41, in which the separation into two or three fractions is carried out. The yellow condensation fraction accumulates in the pOtor sludge space and when the recesses 49 of the disk 48 coincide with the nozzle holes, emit condensed heavy fraction from the rotor. The lighter liquid fractions are discharged through the pressure devices 43 and 44. When the device 47 is rotated to periodically open and close the nozzles 45, the sludge is unloaded. The invention improves the centrifuge's reliability and forgives its design because it needs high-precision parts.
