Известно устройство дл поштучной выдачи тонких листовых изделий, содержащее кассету и толкатель. В этом устройстве отрыв издели от стопы производитс посредством вакуум-прессов 1. Известно также устройство дл поштучной выдачи тонких листовых изделий, содержащее кассету, отсекатель и установленную под кассетой цепную конвейерную ветвь, охватывающую две звездочки, и закрепленный на ней толкатель 2. Однако известное устройство предназначено дл изделий с. отогнутой кромкой и при работе с плоскими издели ми не обеспечивает надежной их поштучной выдачи. Известное устройство не позвол ет осуществл ть надежную и качественную подачу изделий , так как из-за воздействи на нижние издели массы всей стопы выщележащих изделий , наход щихс в кассете, последние деформируютс и при подаче их толкателем сминаютс . Цель изобретени - повыщение надежности устройства дл поштучной выдачи. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в устройстве дл поштучной выдачи тонких листовых изделий, содержащем кассету, отсекатель и установленную под кассетой замкнутую цепную конвейерную ветвь, охватывающую две звездочки, и закрепленный на ней толкатель, кассета расположена над одной из звездочек конвейерной ветви и смонтирована с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемеще ни в направлении движени толкател , при этом толкатель выполнен в виде шибера, а отсекатель закреплен вне кассеты. На фиг. 1 схематично показано устройство дл поштучной выдачи тонких изделий, исходное положение; на фиг. 2 - то же, в момент взаимодействи кассеты с отсекателем; на фиг. 3 - то же, в конце цикла. Устройство состоит из кассеты 1 со смонтированными на ней пружиной 2 возврата и скалками 3, толкател 4, жестко св занного с штоком пневмоцилиндра 5. Кассета 1 нижней частью опираетс на звездочку 6 замкнутой цепной конвейерной ветви 7, соединенной посредством гибких элементов 8 с толкателем 4 и служащей направл ющей дл изделий. Напротив нижней части кассеты 1 установлен клинови-дйый отсекатель 9, а внутри кассеты 1 помещаютс издели , например, картонные подложки 10, подлежащие выдаче в обойму 11. Пневмоцилиндр 5 снабжен позиционным выключателем 12. Устройство работает следующим образом . Картонные подложки -10 укладываютс стопой в корпус кассеты 1, при этом стопа 1/2 своей площади опираетс на звездочку б замкнутой цепной конвейерной ветви 7 и нижние подложки, воспринима вес стопы только на участке контакта с цепной конвейерной ветвью 7, на другом свободном конце раскрываютс веерообразно, образу свободное пространство между кра ми подложек 10 и стенками кассеты 1. При перемещении толкател 4 в горизонтальной плоскости по ходу щтока пневмоцилиндра 5 вперед толкатель 4 перемещает вперед нижнюю подложку 10, но так как между подложками 10 взаимодействуют силы сцеплени , удерживающие нижнюю подложку , то и вс кассета 1 по скалкам 3 движетс вперед до контакта с клиновидным отсекателем 9, установленным на пути перемещени кассеты 1. Так как подложки 10 в нижней части стопы раскрыты веерообразно клиновидный отсекатель легко входит в пространство между подложками 10, воздейству на вторую или третью (счита снизу) подложки 10 и воспринима часть веса стопы, при этом вес стопы равномерно распредел етс между клиновидным упором 9 и замкнутой цепной направл ющей конвейерной ветвью 7. В крайнем положении толкатель 4, имеющий площадь, соизмеримую с площадью картонки, перекрывает кассету 1, выдава тем самым полностью подложку 10 в обойму 11, после чего позиционный выключатель 12 дает команду на реверсирование пневмоцилиндра 5 с толкателем 4, воздействие толкател 4 на кассету 1 прекращаетс и пружина 2 возвращает кассету 1 в исходное положение . В случае, если нижн подложка 10 не извлекаетс , подаетс сигнал, например загораетс сигнальна лампочка. The lower cassette 1 rests on the sprocket 6 of the closed chain conveyor branch 7 connected by means of flexible elements 8 to the pusher 4 and serving as a guide for products. Opposite the bottom of the cassette 1, a wedge-shaped cutter 9 is installed, and inside the cassette 1 there are products, for example, cardboard substrates 10, to be dispensed into the holder 11. The pneumatic cylinder 5 is equipped with a position switch 12. The device operates as follows. Cardboard substrates -10 are stacked in the body of the cassette 1, while a half of its square rests on the sprocket b of the closed chain conveyor branch 7 and the lower substrates, taking the weight of the foot only at the contact area with the chain conveyor branch 7, at the other free end fan-shaped, forming a free space between the edges of the substrates 10 and the walls of the cassette 1.
