Description
The invention relates to metal, magnetically soft alloys with particular physical properties, and is intended for the manufacture of hermetically sealed magnetic contacts (reed switches) with a low level of dynamic noise. Known steel l,. containing May.%: Carbon 0.1-0.9 Silicon 0.1-3.0 Cobalt 0.1-20 Chromium 2-7.5 Aluminum 0.2-6 Iron. The rest of this Dunn steel belongs to the class of semi-rigid magnetic materials having a coercive force of more than 800 A / m due to an increased carbon content. In addition, an increase in the chromium content above 2% and aluminum over 3% leads to a sharp increase in the coercive force (H (. 160 A / m), a decrease in induction (V, O; 1.0 T), as well as a decrease in the processability of the material. Known magnet alloys used to make reed switches containing nickel and iron as basic elements, doped to improve the weldability with copper and cobalt glass: 52N. 47ND, 47N5K2. J These alloys have the values of magneto-nitrostrictionJ 5 P3. (23-25) - 10, as a result, when switching reed switches occurs dynamically noise is about 10 mV. For this reason, a permalloy class alloy cannot be used in reed switches for switching low level signals. Magnetic alloys with magnetostriction D g close to 0 are known. These are high nickel permalloys of type 79NM, However, materials of this class are cannot be used for the production of reed switches and for low magnetic induction B (Q 0.7 Tl value of induction in a field of 10 E.). The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is alloy 52 of the following chemical composition,May.%:. Nickel 51-53 Carbon 0.05. Silicon O, 02 Manganese 0.04 Iron Else However, the known alloy cannot be used for the production of gercones with a low level of noise due to the large magnitude of magnetostriction in c23ilO. The aim of the invention is to reduce the magnitude of the magnetostriction (with the value of B, about 1.4 T, and the coercive force and 60 A / m) .. This goal is achieved by the fact that a magnesium, nitrous alloy containing manganese, silicon and iron, additionally contains cobalt, aluminum and chromium in the following ratio of components, May ,,%: Aluminum 0.5-2.5 Manganese 0.5-1.5 Silicon 0.15-0.3 Cobalt 1.5-3.5 Chromium , 5-1.5 IronOstal Addition of cobalt to iron increases the value of B, while maintaining a low value of the coercive force. An increase in the cobalt content of over 3.5% leads to a significant increase in H, a decrease in cobalt of less than 1.5% reduces the value of B, Aluminum reduces the magnetostriction value to zero, but introducing it into the alloy above 2.5% leads to a sharp embrittlement of the latter and a decrease in the technological plasticity of the metal, with an aluminum content of less than 0.5%, a zero value of the magnetostriction is not obtained. The addition of chromium improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy, which is necessary when welding metal to steel, with a chromium content of less than 0.5%, the effectiveness of increasing the corrosion resistance is insignificant: an increase in chromium over 1.5% leads to a sharp decrease in B; (and an increase in He. manganese and Silicon are technological additives in the smelting of alloys that provide the necessary ductility of the metal. The content of manganese and silicon is less than 0.5 and 0.15%, respectively, does not provide the desired melt deoxidation, resulting in the metal mill It’s fragile. Increasing the manganese content above 1.5% and silicon above 0.3% leads to a decrease in the magnetic parameters of the alloy. The proposed alloy has a value of L 5 close to O, induction, 1.5 T, coercive force Hj. 50 A / m The alloy is well-welded to glass, forming a dense, strong weld. The alloys are melted in a vacuum induction furnace according to the technology adopted for melting permalloyed alloys. The chemical composition of the alloy is given in Table 1. The properties of the proposed alloy are given in Table 2 after drying in vacuum at 900. ± 50 ° C for 1 h, cooling with the furnace turned off. As follows from the table, the magnitude of the magnetostriction of the proposed alloy is 10–20 times less than that of the well-known Z. Higher values of B: are also beneficial for a reed switch, as they allow an increase in the contact pressure and sensitivity of the latter.
