A battery dust separator consisting of coaxially arranged partitions forming the distribution, exhaust and dust collecting chambers, cyclone elements located obliquely in the distribution chamber, and suction cyclones 1 is known. The disadvantages of the known dust collector are the complexity and cumbersome construction, the increased metal consumption and the insufficiently even distribution of the dusty stream along the cyclonic elements. . Also known is a battery cyclone consisting of coaxially arranged chambers of clean and dusty gas, internal and external chambers for collecting collected dust. The cyclone elements in this apparatus are arranged by the Rus 2j. The known battery cyclone is characterized by uneven distribution of dusty gas flow through cyclone elements, which leads to overloading of one part of the cyclone elements and to the light of the other part, resulting in a decrease in the efficiency of gas cleaning. promotes the flow of the gaea between individual cyclone elements and the removal of dust from the cyclone elements into the clean gas chamber There is a dust collector containing chambers under the dusty water and removal of the cleaned tsaza, bunker, cyclone elements with tangential inlet axial output and discharge nozzles, which are located in circles around the supply chamber and form vertical rows, the number of which corresponds to the number of ruce. Such a dust collector does not allow for the uniform distribution of the dust-gas flow through the cyclone elements and has a large mass 13. The purpose of the invention is to improve the efficiency of dust collection and reduce the metal intensity. This goal is achieved by the fact that a battery dust collector containing a gas supply and removal chambers, cyclone elements with tangential inlet axial elements. outlet and discharge nozzles, located in circles around the supply chamber and forming vertical rows, are provided with conical reflectors, i placed in the sub-chamber opposite the inlet pipes of the cyclone elements of each tus, with the possibility of axial movement, and the discharge pipes of cyclone elements the elements of each vertical row are equipped with separate dust drains. A swirling device can be installed in the supply chamber. FIG. 1 shows a battery dust collector, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is the same; the cross-section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - cyclone element on an enlarged scale. The dust collector consists of the lower 1 and upper 2 sections. Intermediate sections 3 are placed between these sections. The inner cylindrical walls of the sections form the supply chamber 4. The annular gap with the outer and inner walls is a clean gas outlet chamber 5 in which cyclone elements 6 are vertically mounted. supply gaea, the outlet nozzles 8 are located in the gas outlet chamber, and the discharge nozzles 9 of each vertical row of cyclone elements are connected to dust drain 10. To the lower section 1 is connected to a bunker 11 for collecting large fractions of dust and a bunker 12 for collecting dust coming from racks 10 and discharge pipes 9 of cyclone elements located in section 1. To unload dust from the bunker 11 and 12, they are equipped with dust extraction devices 13 and 14. connected to a gas duct 15 for supplying a dusty gas and a gas duct 16 for draining a purified gas. A gas flow curler 17 and an apparatus 18 for vertically moving the conical reflectors 19 are installed in the duct 15. The battery dust collector operates as follows. The dust-laden gas enters the gas duct 15, twists through the curler 17, twists and goes down along the wall of chamber 4, goes down and enters the inlet pipes 7 of the cyclone elements 6. Large dust fractions are separated and enter the bunker 11. In the cyclone elements 6, smaller dust fractions - which, through unloading nozzles 9, enter dust-collecting outlets 10 and sink into bunker 12. From discharge nozzles 9 of lower section 1, dust directly enters bunker 12. Purified gas flows through outlet nozzles 8 into the chamber yes 5 and through flue
14.16 is removed outside. From the bunker 11 and 12, the dust is removed by the discharge devices 13 and 14.
For uniform distribution of dusty gas over cyclone elements b inside the supply chamber 4, conic reflectors 19 are installed in each section, the position of which is determined experimentally, and their vertical movement is carried out using an apparatus 18. The diameter of reflectors 19 and the upper section is smaller than in the downstream Therefore, during the operation of the apparatus, some part of the gas flow separates in the xcd section.
The dust stream can be rotated both according to the position of the inlet pipes 7, and against. In the first case, at the entrance to the nozzle 7, the one-time flow is turned through an angle slightly smaller than 180®, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the first cleaning stage. In the second case, the inlet of the gas flow into the nozzles 7 is carried out smoothly, which leads to a decrease in the hydraulic resistance of the apparatus.
The discharge outlets 10, provided for each vertical row of cyclone elements, prevent possible gas flows through cyclone elements.
Spin of dusty stream and. Installing the inlet nozzles tangentially to the wall of the chamber of dusty gas facilitates the entry of gas by cyclical elements, thereby helping to reduce the hydraulic resistance of the apparatus.

Зва-, чительное снижение перетоков газа между циклонными элементгши умень шает вынос пыли иэ элементов в «амёру чиctoгo газа, что способствует повышению эффективности батарейного пылеуловител .1 of the present invention in comparison with a battery cyclone dust collector of the CBR type, it is concluded that the gas flows between separate cyclone elements are greatly reduced. This is achieved by the fact that dust naxpyui of cyclone elements located in each vertical row are connected to a vertical dust outlet. The number of such sinks corresponds to the number of cyclonic elements of the section. Therefore, the gas flow between the cyclone elements of each section is completely excluded, and between the cyclone elements located in each vertical row is reduced to a minimum, since the dust outlet has a definite nmM of 1 hydraulic resistance & The so-called reduction of gas flows between cyclone elements reduces the removal of dust from the elements into the chimney, which contributes to the efficiency of the battery dust collector.
