31057429«The invention relates to wastewater treatment methods and can be used to clean wastewaters produced in the production of pesticide neopinamine and containing dimethylacrylic acid (DMAK). A known method for wastewater treatment from acrylic acids by biochemical oxidation of Slit. However, this method is very useful ( oxidation ends in liils after 22 days), labor-intensive and ecologically imperfect due to the low degree of purification (81-87%) ... The closest to the proposed by the technical essence and achievable It is possible to purify wastewater from organic matter by irradiating with ionizing radiation while saturating the treated water with gas. Irradiation is carried out with γ-radiation at pH 7.0 with simultaneous saturation of the purified water with oxygen-containing gas under a pressure of C2. A disadvantage of the known method is the need for long-term treatment of water to achieve a high degree of purification from dimethylacrylic acid (DMAK). In addition, oxygenation is carried out at high pressures. So, when processing waste water containing 1000 MjP / l dac ,. in a neutral medium with an oxygen sparging rate of 1 l / min and using gamma rays with (dose rate 670 rad / s after 50 min of irradiation, the residual concentration of DMAC is 197 mg / and the purification level reaches only 80 to achieve purity level 99, 5. 62 minutes of irradiation is necessary. In the case of using accelerated electrons (E 1.5 MeV and 1 5 mA) as ionizing radiation at a rate of oxygen sparging of 2 l / min in a neutral medium after 30 minutes of irradiation, the concentration of DMAC in solution decreases from 960 to 74 mg / l. The degree of purification is 92%, and - to achieve a degree of purification of 99.5%, it takes 46 minutes of irradiation. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the process time while maintaining a high degree of purification from dimethylacrylic acid. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of purification of HUNDRED water from organic substances irradiation with ionizing radiation with simultaneous saturation of the water being purified with gas before irradiation, the waste water is alkalinized to pH 9-11, and saturation of the water being purified is carried out with nitrogen. The effect of the addition of NaOH is due to the catalytic effect of hydroxyl ions on the decomposition of the formation of dichanes when interacting with the emission of dimethylacrylic acid electronic adduct, which, in turn, favors saturation of the JISOTOM solution, since in this case the effective reaction of the capture of the hydrated electron by oxygen 2 + Iaq The lower limit of the pH range (pH 9) is determined by the minimum concentration of hydroxyl ions required for effective radiolytic decomposition, nor DMAK. Upper pH limit. (pH 11). You are taken in such a way that the wastewater after treatment has a pH value close to neutral. The method is as follows. in a way. Waste water containing dimethylacrylic acid is alkalinized with NaOH to pH 9-11 and irradiated with modern nitrogen sparging at atmospheric pressure. Example 1. Sewage water containing 1000 mg / l DMAC is adjusted to pH 9.2 with sodium hydroxide and irradiated with gamma radiation (dose rate 670 rad / s) with nitrogen bubbling at a rate of –1 l / min at atmospheric pressure for .46 min. The content of DMAK in purified water is 5 mg / l, the pH of the solution after irradiation is 7.85. The degree of purification is 99.5%. Example 2. Sewage water containing 960 mg / l DMAC is adjusted to pH 10.7 with sodium hydroxide and irradiated. They are accelerated electrons at a facility that circulates water under an electron beam, at MeV, 1–5 mA, and with nitrogen sparging at a rate of l / min at atmospheric pressure. After 30 minutes of irradiation, the content of DMAK in purified water is 5 mg / l, the pH of the solution after irradiation is 8.25. The degree of purification is 99.5%. Example 3 Sewage water (V 0.15 m) containing 96 mg / l DMAK is adjusted to pH 10 with caustic soda and irradiated with accelerated electrons in a pilot plant with a film reaction chamber (nitrogen flow up to 40 l / min). Electron energy is E 1 MeV, beam current is 14 mA. After 15 min of irradiation, the residual concentration of DMAK in water is 2 mg / l, pH 8.15. The degree of purification is 98%. Thus, the proposed method makes it possible to reduce the treatment time, while maintaining a high degree of wastewater treatment from dimethylacrylic acid (99.5%). According to the method, taken as the base of comparison (the base of comparison can be the biochemical method, which is used in our country for sewage treatment), the degree of purification for acrylic acids can be up to 310 57429 "
