JO The invention relates to welding, specifically to the search for compositions of electrode coatings for welding chemical equipment with increased requirements for scaling resistance. Specific features of the operation, installation and manufacture of pyrolysis equipment, for example, of OX23C2U, X23U2 steels and the like, place high demands on heat resistance and traction resistance due to the aggressive effect of technological products (sulfur-containing flue gases and oxidizing media). temperature up to 1200 ° C), as well as significant elastoplastic deformations during welding, rolling, bending, etc. nodes and parts. The above requirements of heat resistance most fully satisfy the metal of the joints made by electrodes consisting of ferritic high-alloyed Rod and electrode coating, since the practice of this equipment makes it completely unsuitable for you to use existing filler materials with austenitic or austenitic-ferritic type of weld for reasons of extreme low heat resistance and high level of stresses in welded joints arising due to a significant difference from the base metal ovogo expansion. An electrode coating 1 is known that is applied to a 15X25T wire rod consisting of the following components, wt%: Marble41-43 Fluorspar 39-41 Titanium dioxide 5-7 Aluminum.7-9 Niobium 1.5-2.5 Structure of the weld metal at welding by this electrode is purely ferritic. However, the electrode does not provide acceptable crack resistance and heat resistance of the deposited metal due to the pronounced coarseness of its structure, low viscosity and insufficient. (from the point of view of resistance under the action of the indicated media) doping. It is also known that electrode coating for welding heat-resistant steels 2, containing the following components, May,%: Marble Epavikbai spar Titanium dioxide Nickel powder Ferrochrome nitrogen o However, the limiting temperature of the scaling resistance of the weld metal it does not exceed 1000 ° C, which prevents its use the seams on the nodes and parts of the pyrolysis equipment operating at 1200 ° C, and the presence of a two-phase structure (austenitic-ferritic) at the seams has a negative effect on the stress state of of the connections, since they exclude the possibility of carrying out heat treatment. In addition, the electrode does not provide high-quality weld formation when welding in a vertical position. An electrode coating is known for welding high-strength steels. containing the following components, May,%: Fluorspar 15-25 Rutile concentrate 5-10 Ferromanganese1-4 Ferrosilicon2-5 Ferrotitanium, 6-12. Ferromolybdenum3-8 Ferrovanadium2-4 Chrome6-14 Nickel4-8 Aluminum powder 1-3 Cellulose1-4 Graphite0.3-1.5 Ferroniobium0.3-1.0 Marble Rest And the soda is 0.5-1% by weight of the dry blend. However, an electrode with a known coating does not provide high-quality weld formation during welding of non-rotary joints of pipelines and welds in a vertical position. The purpose of the invention is to develop an electrode coating, which provides an increase in the quality of weld formation in vertical welding and non-rotary joints of pipelines. To achieve this goal, the composition of the electrode coating, containing soft spar, marble, titanium dioxide, nickel, chromium, aluminum, soda, additionally contains carbonate magnesium and coal tar pitch in the following correlation component, wt.%: Carboniferous magnesium 2-6 7 Aluminum5-11 Soda0.3-0.9 Fluorspar 25-30 Chrome9-17 Nickel 4-8 Titanium Dioxide 4-8 MpciMop- Else The results of experimental studies and analytical calculations of coating compositions showed that the introduction of marble, fluorspar and titanium dioxidebespechivaet sufficiently reliable protection of the welding bath, promotes the formation of the desired amount of slag (yuschee interaction prevents the weld metal from the atmosphere) and allows to reach the desired characteristics of the arc.
0,3-0,9%.Soda is injected to impart the required technological characteristics during the crimping of the electrodes. At the same time, the boundary limits were set, the content in the soda coating, respectively, 0.3-0.9%.
Aluminum provides the suppression of the coarse-grained structure of the weld, which contributes to the improvement of mechanical properties and to some extent of scaling resistance. The concentration of aluminum was experimentally determined taking into account the optimal manifestation of the properties of the deposited metal. The results of the experiment showed that when the aluminum content is less than 5% and more than 11%, for example, 3 and 15% (i.e., lower and higher than the specified limits) and any ratio of other components in the coating of the weld metal, or suppression of the coarse-grained structure is not observed at all and. As a result, the improvement of its mechanical properties (primarily plasticity and toughness), or a drop in crack resistance due to increased transient brittleness, is observed.
17%.At any ratio of the remaining components in the coating, by introducing less than 9% chromium at the welds, it is not possible to achieve the required heat resistance, which is due to the low efficiency of protective films on the metal surface due to the insufficient concentration of chromium in the solid solution. At the same time, excess of hrsma above 17%, for example, 20%, does not lead to further improvement of scaling resistance, causes a reduction in the crack resistance of the seams due to the development in them of predisposition to tempering fragility of their own sigma and 475-degree brittleness. On this basis, the optimum limits of chromium content in the coating are the bottom 9% and the top 17%.
When nickel is present in the coating below 4%, in particular 2%, brittleness is characteristic of the weld metal and the edge is not cracked. On the other hand, an increase in nickel versus 8% causes the appearance of residual austenite in the structure of the deposited metal, leading to a sharp decrease in heat resistance. The reason for this fact is that low nickel concentrations have very little effect on the mechanical properties of high-alloyed ferrite and do not improve its viscosity. In the second case, nickel,
4-8%.0 contributes to the formation of a heterogeneous structure, causes a lower content of chromium in austenite, which adversely affects the heat resistance. For this reason, the nickel limit values in the coating are 4-8%.

The additional joint introduction of new toners, magnesium carbonate and coal tar pitch into the coating gives the welds a fundamentally new property that ensures the required quality of weld formation in welding in vertical and not rotary (for pipes) positions. This effect is due to the presence of new components in the creation of slags

Например, при раздельном введении в покрытие до 8% указанных компонентов выполненным в вертикальном положении швам свойственны значительные провисани наплавленного металла и большие нaпJШBы, а при сварке в неповоротном положениикрайне неудовлетво1рительное формирование .H tchg-t The test results showed that the application of the known 2 composition of the coating, along with the unsatisfactory heat resistance of the weld, does not at all ensure the required formation of samples in the conditions of welding of the samples on the vertical plane and especially in the non-rotational positions. Pitch and magnesium carbonate (new ingredients & ns) also does not allow to achieve an excellent quality of the formation of the seam. For example, with separate insertion of up to 8% of these components into the coating, the seams in the vertical position are characterized by significant sagging of the weld metal and large overhangs, while in the non-rotary position, it is extremely unsatisfactory.
The best results were achieved when the 5% of coal tar pitch and 6% of magnesium carbonate were added to the coating. At the same time, the introduction to the composition of the coating, respectively, less than 2 and 3% of these elements has little effect on the improvement of the forming ability of the seam. Exceeding them, respectively, is higher than b and 7% practically does not have a subsequent effect on the quality indicator under consideration. Therefore, it is advisable to limit the content of coal tar pitch and magnesium carbonate in the composition of the proposed coating to 2-6% and 3-7%, respectively.
The proposed electrode coating, in contrast to the base object / pj, allows to achieve high-quality weld formation when welding in a vertical position and not rotating pipe joints, and also provides heat resistance and resistance to crack penetration to the base metal.
Покр лтие отличаетс простотой в производстве и моЗсет быть использовано дл изготовлени электродов, предназначенных дл сварки в заводских и монтажных услови х окалиносгойкого пиролизного химического оборудовани .The coating is easy to manufacture and the moSet to be used for the manufacture of electrodes intended for factory and installation welding of flame-retardant pyrolysis chemical equipment.
