Description
The invention relates to an apparatus for carrying out heat and mass transfer and peaKiyiOHHbrx processes in gas systems (napj is liquid) and can be used in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industry refineries. The known rotary packed column incorporates a housing with nozzles for entering and outputting interaction phases. divided in height into sections, inside each of which is placed a nozzle, enclosed between coaxially arranged gas-permeable partitions, connected to a rotating shaft, and pa Liquid distributor GP. The disadvantages of the known construction are the limited contact / mass exchange phases in one section of the nozzle, the limited range of stable operation of the apparatus and the uneven irrigation of the nozzle due to the limited number of distributors. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the process of heat and mass transfer by increasing Phase contact zone. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a rotor packed column including a housing with connections for input and output interactions The phases are divided in height into sections, inside each of them there is a nozzle enclosed between coaxially arranged gas permeable partitions and connected to a rotating shaft, and a liquid distributor, gas permeable partitions are truncated cones. H g. 1 shows a rotor packed column in which gas-permeable partitions are made in the form of truncated cones, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - the same, the nozzle layer is limited to two gas-permeable coaxial cylinders; in fig. 3 - the same, horizontal partitions are installed between the sections, alternating between peripheral or central gas passages alternately. The rotor packed column has a body 1 inside which is located a settling layer 2 bounded by two gas-permeable truncated cones 3. The nozzle sections are fixed 9 on the rotating shaft A with the help of rigid rods 5. Each section has a distribution plate 6 with holes 7 for uniform irrigation nozzle sections with liquid. The distributor plate is fixed with stubby 8 on housing I, and in its center there is a wap 4 bearing 9 apart. The interfacial section f has partitions in the form of a truncated cone mounted on housing 1. The column operates as follows. The liquid is distributed over the plate 6 and flows evenly onto the upper section of the packed layer 2. In the packed layer 2, the liquid moves under the action of three forces: normal, caused by gravity; tangent, due to the dynamic impact of the rotor on the fluid and centrifugal, determined by the angular velocity and the radius of rotation. In this case, the liquid jets, moving from top to bottom, meet with a large number of elements of the packed layer and are divided into a large number of small jets. In addition, with an increase in the flow rate of the liquid, the jet-film motion regime occurs. As a result, the liquid moves along the nozzle, made obliquely, along a spiral path and from top to bottom increases the active surface of the boundary liquid layer. From the nozzle, the liquid flows along a conical partition 10 and through the opening 11 enters the downstream distribution plate 6. The vapor goes through the opening 11 into the inner the cavity of the nozzle and passes the nozzle layer 2 along a curvilinear-linear trajectory. After contact with the liquid S layer of the nozzle, the steam is additionally in contact with the liquid from the conical partition wall and flows through the opening 11 to the next section of the nozzle. In this way; Compared to the known, the proposed rotary packed column increases the efficiency of mass transfer by increasing the residence time of heat and mass transfer fae in the packing layer, contact efficiency due to the increase in the active surface of the liquid boundary layer and the range of stable operation of the apparatus.
