The invention relates to a power system, in particular to steam turbine condensers, and could be used in thermal power plants. A condensate collector for a deaeration condenser is known, containing a steam trap device made in the form of a water seal and designed to divert the vapor-gas mixture from the condensate collector to the condenser 1. The disadvantage of this condenser is, firstly, the substantial difficulty in removing the vapor-gas mixture from the condensate collector due to the increased resistance to vaporization second, a constant supply of condensate is required to supply condensate to the hydraulic valve, which complicates the design of the condensate collector, and third, when the vapor – gas mixture is withdrawn to the condenser, a condensate aeration occurs, filling the air trap when bubbling it with a mixture with a high concentration of air, thus increasing the concentration of dissolved llh in the condensate of corrosive gases at the entrance to the deaeration device. Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a steam turbine condensing unit, which contains a box with a steam and gas outlet branch pipe located under the condenser bottom, an inclined perforated water distributor with a water volume, and a tray located under the last and a deaeration bath separated from steam chamber with an inclined bubbling sheet t2. A disadvantage of the known condensing unit is that due to the removal of the vapor-gas mixture from the condensation At a constant cross section at a high flow rate of the heating medium, the overpressure between the condenser and the condensate collector exceeds the maximum allowable value, which leads to a violation of the condensate in the condensate collector, resulting in hydraulic shocks, reduced deaeration efficiency and reliability of condensate pumps. In the case of a low consumption of a heating medium due to a slight pressure drop, its heat is not fully utilized, which leads to a decrease in efficiency. The purpose of the invention is to increase the economy and deaerating ability due to the creation of an optimal pressure differential between the condensate trap and the condenser when changing in the narrow range: the hydraulic and thermal loads of the condensate trap of the deaerator condenser. This goal is achieved by the fact that the nozzle of the steam-gas mixture is fixed in the bottom of the condenser above the water distributor, and one of the walls of this pipe forms a steam-by-pass valve with a water volume of the water distributor. In the drawing image | 1 condensate deaeration condenser section. The condensate collector of the deaeration condenser contains a condenser I with a bottom 2, a duct 3 placed under it with a nozzle 4 for removing the vapor-gas mixture, a sloping perforated water distributor 5 with a water volume, and also placed under the water distributor 5 a tray b, a deaeration bath 7 and a steam chamber 8. 9 supplying the heating medium, the deaeration bath 7 is separated from the steam chamber 8 by the inclined bubbling sheet 10. In the bottom of the box 3 there are Ps1 pipes II for condensate drain from the condensate collector., And a vapor-gas outlet pipe with esi 4 is fixed in the bottom of the condenser above the water distributor 2 and 5 one of the walls 12 of the nozzle forms with a water volume of the water distributor 5 steam transfer valve 13. The device operates as follows obpadoM. The condensate from the bottom 2 of the condenser 1 is fed to the inclined perforated water distributor 5, is drained from the second stream onto the tray b, and the First stage of deaeration of the condensate is carried out. Next, the condensate bottom flows into the deaeration bath 7, from where it is sent to the inclined bubbling sheet 10, where the second stage of deaeration proceeds with the bubbling, and then through the branch pipe 11 is withdrawn from the condensate collector. steam condensate is fed to steam cooler 8. Reheat released during its boiling vapor splashes condensate on the sponge sheet 10 and then goes to the jet compartment. Remaining uncondensed steam together with evolved gas is drained from the duct 3 to the condenser and discharged from the duct 3 to the condenser. the valve 13, the passage window of variable cross section formed by the wall 12 of the nozzle and the water volume of the water distributor 5. According to the adopted scheme, the main condensate is recirculated for deaeration 1. This feature is inversely proportional to the dependence between the heating agent (SLC) and deaerated condensate (Gji) consumption. At the same time, the level (“condensate on the inclined perforated water distributor 5 straight 5” is proportional to the consumption of deaerated condensate (Gj). when the flow rate of the Greek agent is changed, the cross section for the removal of the vapor-gas mixture automatically smoothly changes, maintaining at the same time the optimum pressure differential between the condensator and the condenser in a wide 8234 range: gathering heating agent and deaerated condensate. Thus, as a result of creating an optimal pressure drop and smoothly adjusting it depending on the ratio of the costs of the heating agent and deaerated condensate, this can lead to an additional heating of the condensate in the condensate collector, which will lead to an increase in turbine power.
