Использование шарнирного соединени штока с крестовиной позвол ет компенсировать погрешности изготовлени взаимодействующих деталей, и обеспе гивает их самоориентацию, что приводиг к повышенной износостойкости и долговечности устройства .The invention relates to motors for carrying out the rotational movements of the mechanisms of industrial robots, machine tools, presses and other machines. A pneumatic piston rotary engine is known, comprising a housing with covers, a sleeve with screw grooves, an output shaft and a piston with a rod, kinematically connected to the housing and the output shaft by means of rollers and screw grooves of mutually opposite lift angles 1. The disadvantages of the known device are the presence of parasitic volumes and the occurrence of radial loads, which leads to increased wear of the mating elements and the occurrence of bending stresses in the body of the piston and the output shaft with the sleeve. The purpose of the invention is to increase engine durability by eliminating the radial loads acting on the piston and the output shaft. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a pneumatic piston rotary engine, comprising a housing with covers, a sleeve with screw grooves, an output shaft and a piston with a rod, kinematically connected to the housing and the output shaft by means of rollers and output grooves of mutually opposite elevation angles, the piston rod is provided the spherical hinge on which the crosspiece with four mutually perpendicular fingers is attached, the sleeve is placed outside the case and fixed on the lid, the output shaft is made in the form of a glass with screw grooves and placed in the sleeve, with one pair of fingers of the cross, located coaxially in contact with the slots of the sleeve, and the other with the slots of the output shaft. FIG. 1 shows a pneumatic piston rotary engine in section; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. A pneumatic piston rotary engine consists of a sleeve 1, a lower 2 and an upper 3 covers, a piston 4 with a stem 5 placed in housing 6, with the cover 3 clamped between the sleeve 1 and housing 6. In housing b by means of a angular contact bearing 7 cantilever mounted output shaft 8, made in the form of a glass with a cylindrical wall 9. Between the cover 3 and the end of the cylindrical wall 9 is a thrust bearing 10. Screw grooves 11 and 12 are made in the wall of the housing 6, having one elevation angle and mixed one another relative to the other oboro a. In the cylindrical wall 9 there are four screw grooves 13-16 that are offset from one another by a quarter of a turn, and the elevation angles of these grooves are opposite to the elevation angles of the grooves 11 and 12. At the end of the stem 5, the crosspiece 17 with fingers 18-21, having rollers 22- 25, with the rollers 22 and 23 in contact with the grooves 11 and 12, and the rollers 24 and 25 with the grooves 13 and 14, while the grooves 15 and 16 serve as windows for passage through them with a guaranteed clearance of the fingers 18 and 19. Crosspiece 17 and rod 5 are matched by spherical surfaces and tightened by nut 26 with spherical torus tsom. To ensure the piston is depreciated in the extreme position and to change the stroke of the piston 4, there is a sleeve 27 fixed on the cover 2. The working fluid is supplied and discharged through the openings 28 and 29. The pneumatic piston rotary engine works as follows. When the working fluid is fed into the opening 29 and the opening 28 communicates with the atmosphere, the piston 4 with the stem 5 and the crosspiece 17 moves towards the cover 2. In the process, as a result of the interaction of the rollers 22 and 23 with the slots 11 and 12 of the housing 6, the crosspiece 17 turns with the stem 5 Simultaneously, the rollers 24 and 25 interact with the grooves 13 and 14 of the output shaft 8, which causes it to rotate relative to the cross 17. Thus, the angle of rotation of the output shaft 8 relative to the housing 6 is the sum of the angle of rotation of the cross 17 relative to the housing 6 and the angle of rotation and the output shaft 8 relative crosspiece 17. For returning the device to its original position opening 29 communicates with the atmosphere, and the hole 28 - with a source of working fluid. In this case, the piston 4 with the rod 5 is mixed in the direction of the cover 3, and the rotation of the output shaft 8 occurs in the direction opposite to that indicated. The use of an articulated joint of the stem with the cross piece allows to compensate for the errors in the manufacture of the interacting parts, and ensures their self-orientation, which leads to increased wear resistance and durability of the device.
