CX) The invention relates to medical technology, namely to ancillary circulation apparatus dp. A device for auxiliary circulation is known, which contains an aortic balloon with a catheter connected to a cardio-synchronized actuator 1}. However, the known device is ineffective under conditions of cardiogenic shock, as a slight increase in coronary blood flow under these conditions. It is also known to have an accessory circulatory circuit dp containing an aortic balloon connected to a double lumen catheter associated with a cardiosynchronized actuator, and extra cartridge 2J. The disadvantage of this device is that it is ineffective in the state of cardiogenic shock and tachycardia, since with a high heart rate the balloon does not have time to be filled and emptied. The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of secondary blood circulation under conditions of cardiogenic shock and tachycardia. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the dp auxiliary blood circulation device containing an aortic balloon mounted on a two-lumen catheter connected to a cardiosynchronized actuator and an additional balloon, the aortic balloon is mounted on the free end of the catheter, the additional balloon is connected to a constant pressure source , while the ratio of the maximum diameters of the auxiliary and aortic cartridges is 5: 6, and the diameter of the channel is a catheter for aortic cartridge greater than the diameter of the canal and for an additional cartridge. In addition, the ratio of the diameters of the channels for the aortic and additional. The drawing shows the device dp auxiliary blood circulation. The device dp auxiliary blood circulation contains a double lumen catheter 1 mounted on its free end aortic balloon 2 connected via aortic channel 3 of catheter 1 with a cardiosynchronized drive 4, Distal to aortic balloon 2, an additional balloon 5 is connected to the catheter 1, which is connected via the additional channel 6 of the catheter 1 to the constant pressure source 7. At the same time, the ratio of the diameters of the aortic 3 and the additional 6 channels of the catheter is 10: 1, and the diameters of the aortic and additional 5 cartridges: 5. The auxiliary rotation dp device operates as follows. Under conditions of heart failure, complicated by cardiogenic shock, ateter 1 is administered through the femoral areation into the body so that the aortic and additional 5 cartridges are dislocated in the descending part of the thoracic ortus. At the same time, aortic 3 and additional 6 channels of the catheter 1 are in communication with the atmosphere and the cartridges 2 and 5 are in a collapsed state. Then, an additional channel b is connected to a constant pressure source 7 for filling the cartridge 5 with gas. Thus, in the working state, the additional balloon partially occludes the thoracic aorta, increasing an average of 25-30% aortic pressure proximal to the free end of the catheter 1. This leads to an increase in pressure and blood flow in the coronary arteries x with some increase in the load on the left ventricle, f Then the aortic balloon 2 is connected to the cardiosynchronized drive 4, alternately applying pressure and suction to the main balloon 2 in antiphase, with a closed ventricle. Thereby, the load on the myocardium is reduced in systole, and in diastole the pressure is further increased proximal to the free end of catheter 1 and, consequently, the pressure and blood flow in the coronary vessels increase further. Considering that the filling of the additional cartridge 5 with gas can be carried out relatively slowly, the diameter of the additional channel 6 occupies an insignificant part of the main lumen of the catheter 1, most of which is occupied by the diameter of the aortic channel 3. That itself, the rate of filling and emptying of the aortic cartridge 2, mainly, pneumo-resistance of the catheter 1, ensures its operation in the whole range of changes in the heart rhythm. The diameter of the main cartridge 2 is chosen to be 1-2 mm smaller than the internal diameter of the aorta for efficient operation, while the diameter of the additional cartridge 5 is chosen from the condition of 50-70% overlap of the thoracic aorta. The latter condition is necessary for a satisfactory blood supply to organs and tissues located distal to the supplementary balloon 5. Moreover, the degree of occlusion of the thoracic aorta can vary due to the larger or larger. its smaller opening, which is determined by Astro 7 of positive pressure. In addition, to improve the blood supply to the peripheral organs and tissue, an additional cartridge 5 may

In addition to the increase in pressure and blood flow in the coronary arteries, the proposed design provides directional release and emptying of the aortic balloon 2 into the dTOpoHy of the left ventricle.
