A concrete pump containing a distribution device, made in the form of a C-shaped pipe installed with the possibility of swinging is known. with respect to the heating pipe for alternating communication and the heating stroke of the end of the lower part of this pipe with two working cylinders attached to one of the walls of the receiving hopper. In the known concrete pump, a large part of the C-shaped nozzle is located directly in the receiving hopper, and the lower part of this nozzle is pressed with a clamping device during the pumping stroke to the end of one of the working cylinders. The clamping device includes a slider attached to the C-shaped nozzle, and associated with hydrocylin core douche l. However, the slider and the bar are located in the receiving bunker directly in the concrete mix, which causes their intense wear under the action of abrasive, and this significantly reduces the durability of the concrete pump. The aim of the invention is to increase the durability of the concrete pump. This goal is achieved by the fact that the receiving bin has a groove made in its wall opposite to the working cylinders for accommodating the lower part of the C-shaped nipple, and the latter is provided with a spring-loaded plate for sealing the said groove. FIG. 1 shows a concrete pump with local sections along a switchgear; in fig. 2 - vi A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a section B in FIG. 1. The concrete pump contains a receiving hopper 1, working cylinders 3 and 4 are attached to the wall 2 of which. The concrete pump has a distribution device made in the form of a C-shaped nozzle 5 installed with the ability to swing relative to the discharge pipe to alternately communicate the pressure stroke of the bottom end part 7 of the patent section 5 with two working cylinders 3 and 4. The receiving hopper 1 is equipped with a groove 8, made in its wall 9 opposite to the working cylinders 3 and 4 for accommodating the lower part 7 of the C-shaped nipple 5, and s plate provided in, which is pressed against the wall 9 by means of springs 11. The spring loaded plate 10 serves to seal the recess 8. The C-shaped nozzle at the bottom of a slider 12 / cooperating with a guide bar 13 fixed to the frame 14 of the concrete pump. The swing drive of the C-shaped pipe 5 includes hydraulic cylinders 15 and 16 pivotally connected to the axis 17 of the swing mounted in the bearing 18. Each working cylinder 3 and 4 has pistons 19 and 20, respectively, driven by hydraulic cylinder 1 are not shown) . Concrete pump works as follows. In one of the extreme positions of the C-shaped pipe 5 in the working cylinder, pe 4 nopujeHb 20 moves in the direction of increasing the volume of this cylinder, and this cylinder is filled with concrete mix from the receiving bin 1 - the suction stroke occurs. At the same time, the piston 19 of the working cylinder 3 moves in the direction of decreasing the volume of this cylinder, and the concrete mixture is forced out of it into the C-shaped nipple 5 and further into the discharge pipeline 6 - the injection stroke takes place. The plate 10 is pressed by the springs 11 against the wall 9 and provides sealing of the groove B. At the end of the strokes - suction in the cylinder 4 and forcing in the cylinder 3, the cylinders 15 and 16 turn the nozzle 5 to another extreme position, connecting the end of its lower part 7 to the cylinder 4, simultaneously cylinder 3 communicates with the receiving hopper cavity. At the end of the rotation of the nozzle 5, the piston 20 is in motion in the direction of decreasing the volume of the cylinder 4, and the concrete mixture from this cylinder is forced out through the nozzle 5 into the discharge pipeline. At the same time, the piston 19 is in motion in the direction of increasing the volume of the cylinder 3, and this cylinder is filled with a concrete mixture from the receiving bin 1. Then the cycles are repeated.
