Description
This invention relates to the production of highly filled, fast curing ebonite mixtures used to make battery tanks. A known ebony mixture based on styrene-butadiene rubber, including oxy (alkyl) benzene and naphthalene derivatives and additionally formalin, is processed at high temperatures (190-200 ° C, cure time 5-10 min) IQ. However, it undergoes combustion and has low physicomechanical properties (brittleness, flexural strength), high density, and insufficiently satisfactory dielectric characteristics. Closest to the proposed invention in its technical essence, the composition and properties is an ebonite mixture. On the basis of butadeine, styrene rubber, taken in conjunction with styrene-filled styrene rubber, contains a re-rub, a vulcanizing group, a softener, and kerogen-70. Baltic oil shale enrichment product by flotation method, containing 70 of organic matter 2. However, the indicated mixture, Byj is reusable, burns with a large gassing of carbon disulfide, poisoning the working area, while reducing the strength and increasing the density of ebonite. This ebonite mixture with kerogen-70 contains resin-filled styrene-butadiene rubber to eliminate the burning of ebonite during High-temperature vulcanization at 190-200 ° C. The ebonite blend with kerogen-70 contains, as follows: styrene butadiene rubber 50 Smooth-filled styrene butadiene rubber 50 Regenerate 70-150 Aromatic softener (oil PN-6) 50-100 Kerogen-70. 300-500 Sulfur, lime, slaked, accelerator 20-40 Known Ebszhitova mixture with cryogen-70 has the following physical and mechanical properties: Impact viscosity, kgf / cm Bending resistance, kgf / cm Heat resistance according to Martens. С Density, g / cm Surface resistance, OM Volume resistance, OM see Dielectric permeability. Breakdown voltage, kV / mm18 The purpose of the invention is to reduce the density of the ebonite mixture and increase the heat resistance of products made from ebonite mixtures. Said object is achieved in that the hard rubber mixture based on styrene-butadiene rubber comprising reclaimed, sulfur, accelerators, slaked lime, emollient and excipient - product enrichment Baltic shale as styrene-butadiene rubber used oil-extended styrene-butadiene rubber having a content of oil as a filler - kerogenite, containing 85-90 organic matter, and kaolin in the following ratio of components, parts by weight: oil-filled styrene-butadiene rubber 100 Regenerate 80-230 Sulfur 65-80 Accelerators 2Let hardened 10–15 M emulsifier 8–12 Specified kerogenite 500–900 Kaolin 30–80 The specified mixture vulcanizes at 200–210 ° C for 5–10 min. Kerogenite is obtained by a well-known combined method, including centrifugal enrichment of shale in one medium in a hydrocyclone, separate flotation of sludge and sand, iltration and drying of the concentrate or centrifugal separation in a precipitating screw centrifuge in two stages after concentrating the concentrate by hydro-separation by lottation, dehydration and drying. Comparative characteristics of erogeia-70 and kerog nita are given in the table.
