Тем самым исключаютс ударные нагрузки на пилу при работе, увеличиваетс стойкость алмазоносного сло и, как следствие, ресурр работы пилы в целом увеличиваетс .This invention relates to the manufacture of diamond-abrasive cutting tools and can be used for cutting brittle and hard materials. According to the main author. St. No. 856780 is known for a diamond-abrasive saw, made in the form of a base with cutting elements fixed on it. Moreover, the base is made in the form of wire turns parallel to each other 1. A disadvantage of the known saw design is that the ends of the extreme turns of the wire create a ledge on the end (working surface of the saw). The diamond layer deposited on one of the ends repeats the step. During the operation of such a saw, shock loads are created at the point of contact of the ledge (End of the extreme turn) with the material being processed. At this point, the diamond layer is destroyed first of all, the body wears out and the saw goes out of service. The aim of the invention is to increase the durability of the tool by ensuring its unaccented operation. This goal is achieved by the fact that the base of the diamond abrasive saw, on which the cutting (abrasive) layer is fixed, is made in the form of an even number of rows of turns of wire stacked on each other, the latter are parallel to each other. An example of the manufacture of the proposed saw. The end of the steel wire, for example, 1-0,14 GOST 9389-75, with a diameter of 0.14 mm, is mechanically attached to the mandrel, the length of the base (body) of an endless diamond-abrasive saw for a particular band saw machine. Then the wire is tightly wound into a roller with an even number of rows. For example, for a saw base with a thickness of 1 mm and a wire diameter of 0.14 mm, barbs are required, giving a thickness of 0.84 mm. Then the second end is also mechanically fixed. Thus obtained base saws covered with a layer of copper around the perimeter. Next, a diamond layer is applied to the end, which has no exit from the ends of the wire. The proposed saw, the base of which consists of several even rows, provides the end of the body carrying the diamond-bearing coating without exiting the ends of the Ioki wire. This eliminates shock loads on the saw during operation, increases the durability of the diamond layer and, as a result, the life of the saw as a whole increases.
