Description
оabout
0 1 The invention relates to metallurgy, namely, to the chemical heat treatment of aluminum and its alloys and powder media, and can be used to improve the efficiency of products from al mini and its layers used in instrument-making, aviation, machine-building and electronic engineering. pr arhlennost x. A known composition for the diffusion galvanizing of aluminum and its alloys, containing zinc and activator 1. However, repeated use of this composition leads to a sharp drop in the thickness of the diffusion layer on the products, which hinders its industrial use. The closest to the invention by technical essence and achievable effect is composition 2 for diffusive galvanizing of aluminum and its alloys, containing, wt.1: Aluminum Aluminum chloride The rest of aluminum As a result of thermal diffusion treatment of alloy D16 in the known at 00 ° C for kh, a diffusion layer 28 μm thick is formed. With repeated use of a known composition, the thickness of the layer decreases sharply (to 150-180 µm). 9 that hinders its industrial use. The aim of the invention is to increase the multiplicity of use of the saturating mixture. This goal is achieved by the fact that the powder composition for diffusion galvanizing of aluminum alloy products containing alumina, aluminum, zinc and ammonium chloride, additionally contains magnesium oxide in the following ratio of ingredients, masd: Aluminum oxide 35Aluminum 20-35 Zinc20-30 Ammonium chloride1- 3 Magnesium oxide Example Zincing in the proposed powder medium is carried out in containers with a fusible closure at 500 ° C for an hour. Comparative data on the thickness of diffusion layers formed during repeated processing the treatment of the known and proposed compositions on the D1b alloy are given in the table. From the data of the table it follows that galvanizing using the proposed composition allows to increase the multiplicity of use of the saturating mixture 5 times. This will greatly expand the industrial application of galvanizing aluminum alloys.
