The invention relates to the vibration technique and can be used for the vibration compaction of powders in the shells of heat-heating elements, in vibrating sieves such as sieves, mixers, mills, etc., used in metallurgical, chemical, construction and other industries. x national households. Electrodynamic vibration exciters of the type VELS are known, in which the obtaining of high-frequency oscillations is ensured by the installation of electronic frequency converters of an alternating-current network l}. The disadvantage of such vibration excitement is complexity, size and considerable weight. frequency conversion apparatus. The closest to the technical essence of the invention is a vibration exciter comprising a vibration table and two parallel and coaxially with the gap one relative to another rotating and oscillating disk with an even number of permanent magnets 23 evenly around the circumference. A disadvantage of the known vibration amplifier is vibration of a non-rotating disk, which leads to permanent demagnetization of permanent magnets fixed on this disk and significantly reduces the service life of vibration magnets It is also insufficient for the efficiency of using the driving force of the permanent magnets, which is spent not only on the vibrational mass of the vibrating table, but also to a large extent on the vibration of the disk attached to the vibrating table with magnets. The aim of the invention is to increase the β-life of the vibration exciter by preventing the vibration demagnetization of magnets. The goal is achieved by introducing into the device the interposed between the oscillating disk AND the vibrating table an elastic element, the rigidity of which is chosen from the condition (2Tt),. where c is the stiffness of the elastic element; ha - the full mass of the vibrating table; f - working frequency of oscillation. FIG. 1 depicted vibration exciter, general view; 2 is a rotating top view. The device contains a disk 1 made of magnetic material mounted on a rotating axis 2. An even number of permanent magnets 3 are fixed around the circumference of the disk 1, for example, with alternating poles; mi Parallel and coaxially to the disk 1 with a certain gap, the disk 4 is mounted, supported through elastic shock absorbers 5 on a fixed base. Permanent magnets with 6 alternating poles are fixed along the circumference of disk 4. On the disk 4 through the elastic element stgshnuyu blue spring 7 - installed vibrating table 8, on which the object is fixed, exposed to the object 9 vibration. The stiffness of the coil spring 7 is determined by the formula c (2) 2f2.m, where c is the stiffness of the elastic element m is the mass, the vibrating table 8, which includes the attached mass of the spring 7 and the mass of the object 9; f is the working frequency of vibration of the vibration table 8. The device operates as follows. When the disk 1 rotates at a frequency f under the action of the forces of attraction of repulsion of the magnets 3 and b, vibrations of the vibration table 8 occur at a frequency f fp j, where n are the numbers of magnets on one disk, the disk 4 does not oscillate, since the forces applied to it the repulsion of the magnets is balanced by the elastic force of the spring 7, which arises when the mass of the vibrating table 8 oscillates. This prevents the vibration demagnetization of the magnets 6. In this design only the vibrating table 8 oscillates, the associated disk 7 with the magnets b remains with it The tically immobile, since the magnetic and elastic forces applied to it are spring-balanced and mutually balanced. The absence of vibrations of the disk 4 prevents demagnetization of the magnets b, which increases the service life of the vibration driver. At the same time, a significant increase in the oscillation amplitude of the vibrating table 8 is achieved with a constant driving force of the magnets 3 and b due to the fact that the driving force is not expended On the oscillation of the disk 4 with the magnets b. In comparison with the known device, the proposed exciter has the following technical and economic advantages. Elimination of the vibration of permanent magnets allows increasing their magnetic flux by 20%. The gain in amplitude due to the elastic connection of the vibrating table is 1.5-1.7 times.
