The invention relates to the technology of manufacturing high-voltage inductors and variometers from wires in insulation from thermoplastic and can be used in electrical and radio engineering branches. A variometer is known, in which the winding wire is placed on a frame consisting of guide combs and supporting structure elements 1. The disadvantages of this design are high material consumption and labor intensity, as well as low radio-technical characteristics. Closest to the proposed technical entity is a coil of inductance, which uses a WIRE in plastic insulation, in the process of Hc1 winding which serves material identical to lation, position it between turns and heat to melting temperature, fasten turns 2. However The known coil is characterized by insufficient rigidity of the windings manufactured, which do not provide the specified formulas and geometrical dimensions of the windings during operation, especially with increasing temperature or external mechanics. eskih exposure to x. The installation of manufactured windings on the supporting structure leads to deformation of the insulation from the tetragaplast of the wires at the time of their contact, which explains the need to create a special supporting structure with a highly developed interface of the windings with its elements, ensuring minimal stress on the insulator that is not resistant to mechanical effects. winding wires. The purpose of the invention is to increase the resistance of the coil to mechanical effects by equal distribution of the specific load on the thermoplastic insulation of the winding wire. The goal is achieved by the fact that a high-voltage inductor containing a winding made of a drive in thermoplastic insulation, the turns of which are bonded to each other, contains stiffening ribs made of a thermoplastic reinforced with a solid dielectric, located on the outer surface of the winding and fastened with insulation turns, with the length of the reinforcement ribs longer than the length of the winding. FIG. 1 shows a winding of a cylindrical inductance coil in FIG. 2 - mounting on the supporting structure of the windings of the ball variometer} on the fit. 3 — node 1 in FIG. 2. The design of the coil consists of coils 1, made by wire in insulation of thermoplastic, welded to each other. Crossings of stiffness welded to the insulation of wires with reinforcement 3 of solid dielectric of thermoplastic material 4 marks similar to the brand of insulation of wires are arranged across the winding coils. The part of the thermoplastic shell of the rib protruding beyond the edge of the winding is removed and the armature 3 is released. The ribs 2 are arranged evenly along the length of the winding surface, and their number is determined by the operational requirements imposed on the coil. On the supporting structure, the winding is fixed by means of protruding reinforcement 3 by means of a one-piece or detachable connection (in Fig. 3, the dotted line shows the contours of the windings before straightening the rib), thus excluding the contact of the insulation of the wires with the supporting structure elements. The effectiveness of the invention is to significantly improve the quality of winding products and their reliability during operation due to the uniform distribution of mechanical loads over the entire length of the windings surface to prevent contact of the supporting structure elements with the thermoplastic insulation of winding wires unstable to mechanical effects, and also increasing stiffness windings. by attaching to the edge of each of the coils welded to each other.
