Description
4 1 The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to methods for extracting non-ferrous metals from slag mining of lead smelting. A known method for processing slags from mining lead smelting is fumin using the process that the molten slag is blown with a carbon / air mixture or a mixture of natural gas with air at 1200–1250 ° C for 100–120 minutes. When the slag is blown with a carbon-air mixture, the extraction of zinc into sublimates is 85-9 a of lead. When slag is blown with a mixture of natural gas with air, zinc extraction to sublimates is up to 781, and lead Gt 3. However, the known method is not sufficiently high to extract lead and zinc to sublimates, as well as high consumption of finely ground coal dust or natural gas and large processing time. The purpose of the invention is to increase the extraction of lead and zinc in sublimates, reduce the consumption of coal dust or natural gas and intensify the process. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of processing slag of lead coal dust, melting by fumigation, molten slag is blown with fine slurry of silicon carbide production with a carbon-air mixture at S (0.4-0, 7): 0.8 or with a mixture of natural gas with air at ci (2, 5-3, 7): 1 30-60 min at 1300-1350 C. The consumption of fine sludge from silicon carbide production is 3 (% by weight of slag. Fine slurry from production of silicon carbide consists of the components: SiC 60-80; Si. 5,6-Ut, 5; SiOj 2.0-15.0; Fa 5.0-6.0; C i), 0-7 balance,,, MgO. Introducing it into the carbon – air mixture or the mixture of natural gas with air during the blowing of the slag melt intensifies the recovery processes of the difficult-to-recover xes: silicates, lead ferrites, and zinc, since the components included in the sludge composition are more efficient as compared to coal dust or natural dust. gas in pkysnyh and other compounds of non-ferrous metals. The fine-dispersed 7 2 sludge from the production of silicon carbide is formed during the production of abrasive products and is a waste product from the production of silicon carbide. The sludge particles have a particle size of 28 µm and the content of this fraction in the powder is 95% of the total mass of the sludge. The latter circumstance eliminates the need to prepare the sludge and allows you to quickly enter it, for example, with a coal-air mixture in the molten slag. To reduce the metal oxides and to reach the working temperature, the carbon-air mixture at the ratio of coal dust to air O6 (0, -0.7): 0.8 together with the fine slurry of silicon carbide production is used in the slag melt, and the carbon-air mixture with oL 0 is preferred. 5: 0.8. The lower limit of the ratio of coal dust to air corresponds to the stoichiometrically necessary amount of reducing agent to restore the zinc and lead fusions, and in addition, is determined by the thermal balance of the fuming process and provides an operating temperature of 1300-1350 ° C in the slag melt when it is blown. The upper limit of the ratio of coal dust to air provides optimal conditions for the reactions of reduction of lead and zinc oxides in the slag melt and allows maintaining the operating temperature in the installation as the blowing process ends. Further increase in the consumption of coal dust is impractical with increased carbon content, as well as an increase in temperature in the installation, which leads to a decrease in the service life of the lining. With d 0.5: 0.8. optimal conditions are provided for the slag melt fusion process to produce high quality sublimates. The specified flow rate, equal to 0.8, ensures optimal oxidation of the evaporated metals above the slag melt, which is carried away with the gases and subjected to filtration. When metal oxides are reduced by a mixture of natural gas with air and fine sludge from silicon carbide production, the ratio of natural gas to air is

oi-(2,,7): 1,0. The upper limit of the ratio ensures optimal fusing and the production of conditioned sublimates, and the lower limit is caused by the minimum consumption of natural gas, which ensures the operating temperature in the installation and increases the degree of extraction of lead and zinc from compounds and oxides. Consumption blow provides oxidation of metal vapors carried away by gases from the installation.
При более низком расходе шлама (менее 3 )потери цинка и свинца с отвальным шлаком возрастают из-за неполноты протекани реакций восстановлени .The consumption of fine sludge from the production of silicon carbide is 3.0-6.0 by weight of the slag melt and is optimal for purging with both the carbon-air mixture and the mixture of natural gas with air. The higher consumption of finely divided sludge from silicon carbide production above 6 is not advisable due to the increased viscosity of the slag, which leads to a decrease in the rate of distillation of zinc and lead. With lower sludge consumption (less than 3), zinc and lead losses with waste slag increase due to incomplete reduction reactions.
