VO / YUKNITNY LRYUTOVOY MATERIAL
However, this method is characterized by insufficient objectivity, due to the dependence of the ratios of the radiation intensities with the used wavelengths not only from the moisture content of the material, but also from its composition and structure. For example, in the case of textile cloths, the results of moisture measurement are influenced by the type and type of fiber material (wool, cotton, linen, etc.), the type of dye fabrics (sulfur, straight, vat, etc.}. In connection with By this, for each type of material and dyes, the article of fabric it is necessary to use its own standardization and appropriate reconfiguration of the measuring device, and determining the humidity of moving multi-colored with both small and large patterns of fabrics is almost impossible, i.e. the method does not allow to determine the humidity of moving not homogeneous in composition and structure of materials, and the error in the analysis of immobile such materials is practically uncontrollable. The purpose of the invention is to increase the objectivity of the determination. This goal is achieved by the method of determining moisture (fibrous sheet material, which means that the material is irradiated with infrared radiation the reflected flux is divided into two streams, radiation from one wavelength of 1.9410.04 μm is produced from one, and the radiation from a different sample is swept away with a minimum sensitivity. visibility to moisture, the intensities of these radiations are measured, and the moisture of the material is judged by the ratio, the radiation with wavelengths lying in the range of 1.75-2.15 µm is extracted from another stream, and radiation from the arc is filtered out of it water absorption. The moisture measurement on the proposed method is as follows. The material is irradiated with infrared radiation from a light source. The infra-red flux reflected from the material is divided into two streams using a translucent mirror. From the first flux there is a 5a radiation with a wavelength of 1, ..., O4 μm using an interference filter and measuring the intensity of the emitted radiation. From the second flux, radiation in the wavelength range from 1.752, 15 μm with a center coinciding with the wavelength of the radiation extracted from the first flux is extracted using a band-pass filter. Then, the water absorption band is filtered from the selected radiation using a water filter and the radiation intensity is measured. The center of the wavelength of the split radiation coincides with the dead wave of radiation extracted from the first flux, and, moreover, this range is wider than the absorption band of water. In connection with this, two radiations with two wavelengths are simultaneously detected that are adjacent to the absorption bands of the water. Therefore, the ratio of the intensity of radiation does not depend on the composition and structure of the material under study, but depends only on humidity. By this ratio, the moisture of the material is judged. The use of the inventive shade allows to obtain a moisture value with high accuracy on both stationary and moving material. Fo rumula and 3 o p e n a Method for determining the moisture content of a fibrous sheet material, which consists in irradiating the material with infrared radiation, the reflected flux is divided into two rays, and radiation is extracted from one of them. 1.94 ± 1 gO, 04 µm waves, from another radiation with minimal sensitivity to moisture, measure the intensities of these radiations and judge the humidity of the material according to their ratio, so that, in order to increase the objectivity of the determination, from another stream radiation with wavelengths lying in the range of 1.75-2.15 microns, and filtering out of which radiation with a wavelength of water absorption.
