Abstract

Flexible metal collector for electrical machines and devices with contacts in the form of carbon brushes can be included in the area of control transformers, auto transformers, potentiometers, rheostats, electric motors and is formed by a metal arm of the collector (5) with a fixing metal clip (4). A metal arm of the collector (5) is inserted here, and a carbon brush (1) with an applied layer of silver (2) is inserted into it at the same time. It is connected by tin solder (3) to the fixing metal clip (4), while the latter is simultaneously connected to the fixing metal clip (4) and the metal arm of the collector (5). The technical solution can be used mainly in devices such as in regulation transformers, autotransformers, or potentiometers wound with a resistance wire.

Technické riešenie sa týka pružného kovového zberača pre elektrické stroje a prístroje s kontaktmi vo forme uhlíkových kief. Riešenie možno zaradiť do oblasti regulačných transformátorov, autotransformátorov, potenciometrov, reostatov, elektromotorov a iných podobných zariadení.The technical solution concerns a flexible metal collector for electrical machines and devices with contacts in the form of carbon brushes. The solution can be included in the field of control transformers, autotransformers, potentiometers, rheostats, electric motors and other similar devices.

Doterajší stav technikyCurrent state of the art

Kefa (kefka) je elektricko-mechanická vodivá súčiastka zabezpečujúca elektrický kontakt medzi pevnou a pohyblivou časťou elektrického stroja. Je to časť zberača. Na kefy sa používa výhradne mechanicky a tepelne odolný materiál (obvykle kompozit), nakoľko rýchlosť komutácie sa v súčasných zariadeniach mnohonásobne zvýšila. Výrazne stúplo aj prúdové zaťaženie takéhoto kontaktného spoja na báze grafitu. Elektricky je kefa prichytená o statické konštrukčné časti stroja a spojená so svorkami elektrického prívodu. V točivom elektrickom stroji (elektromotor, dynamo) sprostredkuje kontakt na komutátor, v striedavých elektrických motoroch zabezpečuje kontakt na zberné krúžky, zberné lišty, prívodné vedenie a pod. Pritom nesmie poškodzovať prívodné lišty, resp. komutátor. Preto je vyrábaný z mäkšieho materiálu ako lišty, resp. komutátor. Elektricky je kefa prichytená o statické konštrukčné časti stroja a spojená s prívodom do stroja. Okrem elektrického kontaktu musí kefa zabezpečiť aj suché mastenie klzného spoja, čo zabezpečuje použitý grafit. Kefa je najnamáhanejšou časťou elektrického stroja. Je namáhaná trením, zohrievaná prechodom elektrického prúdu, erodovaná iskrením a pod.A brush is an electro-mechanical conductive component ensuring electrical contact between the fixed and moving parts of an electrical machine. It is part of the collector. Only mechanically and thermally resistant material (usually composite) is used for the brushes, as the speed of commutation has increased many times in current devices. The current load of such a graphite-based contact joint also increased significantly. Electrically, the brush is attached to the static structural parts of the machine and connected to the terminals of the electrical supply. In a rotating electric machine (electric motor, dynamo) it provides contact to the commutator, in AC electric motors it provides contact to slip rings, slip bars, supply lines, etc. At the same time, it must not damage the supply rails, or commutator. That is why it is made of softer material than slats, or commutator. Electrically, the brush is attached to the static structural parts of the machine and connected to the supply to the machine. In addition to electrical contact, the brush must also ensure dry lubrication of the sliding joint, which is ensured by the graphite used. The brush is the most stressed part of the electric machine. It is stressed by friction, heated by the passage of electric current, eroded by sparking, etc.

Kefa má obmedzenú životnosť (rádovo nižšia ako životnosť stroja). Konštrukcia zberača preto musí umožniť jednoduchú výmenu kefy. Preto je nutné kefu zberača umiestňovať do špeciálnych vodivých držiakov, ktoré sú umiestnené do vodiacich otvorov zberača tak, aby bol zabezpečený prítlak kefy na vodivú plochu vinutia stroja. Súčasne musí kefa elektricky spájať vinutie s vývodmi (svorkovnicou) stroja bez občasného nežiadaného prerušenia. Podstata technického riešeniaThe essence of the technical solution

Podstata technického riešenia spočíva v tom, že pružný kovový zberač pre elektrické stroje a prístroje s kontaktmi vo forme uhlíkových kief je tvorený kovovým ramenom zberača s upevňovacou kovovou sponou. Na tú je nasunuté kovové rameno zberača a do nej je súčasne vsunutá uhlíková kefa s nanesenou vrstvou striebra. Tá je spojená cínovou spájkou s upevňovacou kovovou sponou. Súčasne je spojená s kovovou upevňovacou sponou a kovovým ramenom zberača.The essence of the technical solution is that the flexible metal collector for electrical machines and devices with contacts in the form of carbon brushes is formed by a metal arm of the collector with a fixing metal clip.
