Abstract
Description
Ples tové spaľovacie motory.Ball combustion engines.
Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Recently, reciprocating internal combustion engines are used for propulsion of transport and machinery technology, the mode of operation of which is based on a 2-stroke, 4-stroke cycle. Petrol and diesel engines work on these principles. The main disadvantage of these motors is their low thermal efficiency. One of the reasons for the low efficiency is that the compression of the compressed mixture or air of the fuel injected engines directly into the working cylinder takes place in the cylinder in which the mixture and the exhaust were burnt in the previous cycle. The intake air or air / fuel mixture enters the hot cylinder and is compressed under thermodynamically disadvantageous conditions and the compression pressure and temperature are given by the compression ratio and the temperature conditions in the cylinder. The amount of compression pressure and temperature is fed by the fuel used and the working space in the cylinder.
Zážihový motor spaľuje zmes benzínu a vzduchu približne v stechiometrickom pomere. Otáčky a výkon tohto typu motora sú regulované škrtiacou klapkou, t. j. zmenou plniaceho tlaku, pričom pomer paliva a vzduchu zostáva zachovaný. The petrol engine burns a mixture of gasoline and air in a stoichiometric ratio. The speed and power of this type of engine are regulated by the throttle, ie. j. by varying the boost pressure while maintaining the fuel / air ratio. This engine produces a small amount of NOx, but its efficiency is lower than that of a vaiet engine. The diesel engine at work burns a mixture of diesel and air, which is ignited by autoignition at a certain pressure and temperature. The speed and power of the diesel engine are controlled by the amount of fuel injected into the constant amount of air. At low and medium load lean mixture is burned, which results in lower fuel consumption compared to petrol engine but at the same time higher NOx production, since lean mixture is higher in excess of combustion air.
Podstata technického riešeniaThe essence of the technical solution
The essence of the invention is a 2-stroke hybrid rotary engine, identical in design to a 4-stroke engine, characterized by the fact that the original four strokes of the classic engine the first two bars, t. j. intake and compression, not by the engine, but by a separate compressor driven by an electric motor, and the engine only performs combustion and flue gas discharge. The advantage of such a solution is that the compression takes place under better thermodynamic conditions - it does not take place in a hot cylinder and thus improves the overall efficiency of the engine. Since the engine itself does not perform compression work, it can operate at considerably lower engine speeds, that is, increased burn time, improved combustion, and less friction and wear.
Stlačený vzduch dodaný do spaľovacieho priestoru má n ižšiu teplou· ako komprimovaný vzduch vo valci motora, to znamená nižšie teploty spaľovania a nižšiu tvorbu NOx oproti klasickému motoru. Nižšie teploty stlačeného vzduchu zároveň umožňujú zvýšiť kompresný tlak, a tým zvýšiť účinnosť motora, čo zníži spotrebu a tvorbu CO?. 'Výhodou takéhoto usporiadania je skutočnosť, že kompresný tlak nie je konštrukčne daný geometriou spaľovacieho priestoru valca, aleje daný použitým kompresorom Kompresný tlak nie je limitovaný konštrukčným kompresným ponerom a je možné zvoliť ľubovoľný tvar a veľkosť konpresného priestoru a vo väčšom rozsahu meniť množstvo paliva aj pomer paliva k množstvu vzduchu. The compressed air supplied to the combustion chamber has a lower warmth than the compressed air in the engine cylinder, i.e. lower combustion temperatures and lower NOx formation than a conventional engine. At the same time, lower compressed air temperatures make it possible to increase the compression pressure and thereby increase the efficiency of the engine, thus reducing consumption and CO 2 production. The advantage of such an arrangement is that the compression pressure is not structurally determined by the geometry of the combustion chamber of the cylinder, but is given by the compressor used. fuel to the amount of air.

2. takí ---výfuk zo spaľovacieho valca 32. such --- exhaust from combustion cylinder 3
Piest 4 sa pohybuje z DU do HÚ a zároveň sa otvára výfukový ventil 7. Spaliny sú vytláčané do výfukového priestoru. The piston 4 moves from the DU to the DGR and at the same time the exhaust valve 7 opens. The combustion gases are forced into the exhaust chamber.
The design of the 2-stroke hybrid engine is the same as the classic 4-stroke engine. The only difference is on the side of the combustion cylinder, where a compressor 1 driven by an electric motor 2 is used to provide the compression pressure for both the gasoline and diesel engines. The compression pressure may be higher than that of a conventional 4-stroke engine, where it is limited by temperature conditions, resulting in increased overall efficiency of the proposed 2-stroke hybrid engine.
The power required to drive the compressor is supplied by batteries that are charged when the engine power is exceeded in different driving modes as well as during braking.
The method of operation of the 2-stroke hybrid engine is useful in the efforts of internal combustion engineers to achieve a significant reduction in fuel consumption while minimizing pollutant production. operation of an internal combustion engine while maintaining or increasing power and torque. This objective is influenced in large scale by an increase in the thermal efficiency of the engine. At present, there is an attempt to increase thermal efficiency by means of HCCT (homogene-ous chargé-compression ignition) combustion, which is actually a combustion that utilizes the good characteristics of both the petrol and diesel engines. By utilizing the method of operation of the 2-stroke hybrid engine as well as other known solutions, e.g. pneumatic valve control, it can meet in the future increasingly stringent standards of fuel consumption and the production of harmful substances.
