Abstract
Description
Predkladané riešenie týkajúce sa novej skladby drôtobetónu s ultravysokými pevnosťami patrí do oblasti kompozitných materiálov s cementovou matricou, pri ktorých sa dosahujú ultravysoké charakteristické pevnostiv tlaku, vyššie než 120 MPa.The present solution for a new ultra-high strength wire-reinforced concrete composition belongs to the field of cement matrix composite materials which achieve ultra-high characteristic compressive strengths higher than 120 MPa.
Doterajší stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The development of reinforced concrete composites with a cement matrix currently leads to concretes referred to as HPC or UHPC, i.e. high-grade and ultra-high-grade concrete, which are characterized in particular by high average compressive strengths of about 200 MPa. Everything is based on achieving the full structure of the composite, which is achieved by cement cement doses of 600 - 1000 kg / m 3 , minimum water coefficients (0.16 - 0.25; water coefficient is the ratio of water to cement weight in 1 m 3 of concrete) and one type of wires with a length of 8-12 mm at a weight dose of 100-300 kg / m 3 . The use of special additives and admixtures is essential for this. Aggregates, as an essential component of the composite, are used in fractions with a maximum grain size of 2 or 4 mm. The main disadvantage of this solution is the significant seating of the metal wires to the bottom surface of the produced element. This effect occurs because the steel filaments cannot become trapped by larger 8 or 16 mm aggregate grains. This results in a significant inhomogeneity of the material and thus in / deteriorates the properties of the reinforced concrete.
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Uvedené nevýhody odstraňuje drôtobetón s ultravysokými pevnosťami s cementovou matricou, obsahujúci portlandský cement (CEM I podľa EN 197-1), čadičové kamenivo, dva typy kovových vlákien, prímesí a prísady. These disadvantages are overcome by ultra-high strength reinforced concrete with a cement matrix, containing Portland cement (CEM I according to EN 197-1), basalt aggregates, two types of metal fibers, admixtures and additives.
Čo sa týka kovových vlákien, prvý typ kovových vlákien má obdĺžnikový prierez so šírkou v rozmedzí 0,2 až 0,5 mm, s výškou v rozmedzí 1,5 až 2,0 mm a ich dĺžka leží v rozmedzí 25 až 35 mm Ťahová pevnosť prvého typu kovových vlákien je 350 až 450 MPa. Spracovateľnosť sa určí podľa EN 12350-5 a EN 206.The essence of the new solution is that the cement matrix contains 600 to 1000 kg / m 3 of Portland cement, basalt aggregate is composed of three fractions, namely fractions 0 - 4, 4 - 8 and 8 - 16, water coefficient (water to weight ratio). weight of cement in 1 m 3 of concrete) is in the range of 0.16 to 0.25 and two types of metal fibers are evenly dispersed in the volume of hardened wire concrete. The total mass fraction of basalt aggregate fractions ranges from 1500 to 2000 kg / m 3 and consists of fractions 0-4, 4-8 and 8-16. For metal fibers, the first type of metal fibers has a rectangular cross section with a width in the range of 0.2 to 0.5 mm, with a height ranging from 1.5 to 2.0 mm and a length thereof ranging from 25 to 35 mm. The tensile strength of the first type of metal fibers is 350 to 450 MPa. The second type of metal fibers has a circular cross-section with a diameter in the range of 0.08 to 0.12 mm, their length is in the range of 8 to 15 mm and their tensile strength is greater than 2000 MPa. The total weight of both types of metal fibers is between 100 and 280 kg / m 3 . The additives are added in an amount necessary to achieve the desired processability. Workability is determined according to EN 12350-5 and EN 206.
Zásluhou použitia hrubého kameniva so zmámi s veľkosťou až 16 mm a dvoch rôznych druhov drôtikov v zmesi dochádza k eliminácii problému s nehomogenitou zmesi. The use of coarse aggregate with mixes up to 16 mm in size and two different types of wires in the mix eliminates the problem of inhomogeneity of the mix.
Prvý typ drôtikov zaisťuje homogenitu zmesi drôtobetónu tým, že bráni sadaniu druhého typu drôtikov ku dnu formy. Druhý typ drôtikov zvyšuje pevnosť betónu (v tlaku, v ťahu a v ťahu za ohybu). Ultravysoká pevnosť betónu nemôže byť dosiahnutá bez druhého typu drôtikov, zatiaľ čo prvý typ je nevyhnutný na dosiahnutie homogenity zmesi. The first type of wires ensures the homogeneity of the reinforced concrete mixture by preventing the second type of wires from settling to the bottom of the mold. The second type of wires increases the strength of the concrete (compressive, tensile and flexural). The ultra-high strength of concrete cannot be achieved without the second type of wires, while the first type is necessary to achieve homogeneity of the mixture.
Hmotnostný pomer prvého a druhého typu kovových vlákien je výhodne v rozmedzí 0,5 : 1,5 až 1,5 : 0,5.The weight ratio of the first and second types of metal fibers is preferably in the range of 0.5: 1.5 to 1.5: 0.5.
Prvý typ kovových vlákien je výhodne vyrobený z odpadových kovových pásikov a druhý typ kovových vlákien z nastrihaných kordových drôtov získaných pri recyklácii pneumatíkIt is very advantageous if the metal fibers are obtained from waste. The first type of metal fibers is preferably made of scrap metal strips and the second type of metal fibers is from sheared cord wires obtained by recycling tires
Percentuálne zastúpenie prímesí je v rozmedzí 5 až 15 % objemu vyrábaného drôtobetónu.The percentage of admixtures is in the range of 5 to 15% of the volume of the reinforced concrete produced.
Nové riešenie teda spočíva v návrhoch štruktúry cementového kompozitu, to jest drôtobetónu, s využitím dvoch rozdielnych typov kovových vlákien v jednej zmesi. Thus, the novel solution consists in designing the structure of a cementitious composite, i.e., a reinforced concrete, using two different types of metal fibers in one mixture. The importance of the new solution will increase significantly if the metal fibers are solely obtained from waste. The use of scattered metal fibers of two different types not only strengthens the structure of the reinforced concrete, but also ensures uniform distribution of the coarse grains of the aggregate used. A prerequisite for designing the composition of this reinforced concrete is the use of basalt aggregate in the composition of common fractions 0 - 4, 4 - 8, 8 - 16.

Príkladý uskutočnenia vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The design of the reinforced concrete composition is carried out according to the requirements for compressive and / or tensile strength. Aggregate weights are in the range of 1500 - 2000 kg / m 3 , depending on the used fiber-weight fibers. The total weight of the two types of metal fibers is sabove in the range of 100 - 280 kg / m 3 . The metal fibers of the first type have a rectangular cross section of 0.2 - 0.5 mn / 1.5 - 2 mm and a length of 25 - 35 mm at a tensile strength of 350 - 450 MPa and are made of scrap metal strips. The metal fibers of the second type have a circular cross-section with a diameter of 0.08-0.12 mm, a length of 8-15 mm and their strength is greater than 2000 MPa. This second type of fiber is obtained advantageously when recycling tires. The weight ratio of said types of metal fibers at dosing is in the range of 0.5: 1.5 to 1.5: 0.5, generally 1: 1, and these metal fibers are always uniformly dispersed in the hardened reinforced concrete.
Vodný súčiniteľ je v rozmedzí 0,16 až 0,25.Cement, additives and admixtures are dosed according to conventional procedures in order to achieve a full structure of reinforced concrete that carries ultra-high strengths and ensures appropriate workability of fresh reinforced concrete by conventional compaction equipment. Portland cement is present in the cement matrix in an amount of 600 to 1000 kg / m 3 . Basalt aggregate consists of three fractions, namely fractions 0 - 4, 4 - 8 and 8 - 16, whose total weight dose ranges from 1500 to 2000 kg / m 3 . The ratio of these factions is determined to suit the chosen ideal grain size curve. The aqueous coefficient is in the range of 0.16 to 0.25.
Ďalej sú uvedené príklady zloženia predmetného drôtobetónu, a to vrátane nameraných priemerných pevností v tlaku a v priečnom ťahu. The following are examples of the composition of the subject reinforced concrete, including the measured average compressive and transverse tensile strengths.

The resulting compressive strength significantly exceeds 60 MPa, which is the minimum limit for high-strength wire-reinforced concrete, and therefore this material can be referred to as a high-strength material. Both strength values exceed the typical concrete strengths by about six times, resulting in their use in extremely stressed elements, such as high-rise columns, pillars and bridge decks in bridge construction.

Výsledky tlakových pevnostíResults of compressive strengths
The resulting compressive strength exceeds 150 MPa, which is the minimum limit for ultra high strength wire reinforced concrete, so this material can be referred to as ultra high strength material. This material is due to its properties designed for extremely stressed elements or very slender elements that may be required in the solution of the object. At the same time, its composition is very resistant to freezing cycles and climatic stress.
Pre zmes PI je možné predpokladať hodnotu ťahovej pevnosti v rozmedzí 16,0 až 19,5 MPa.The tensile strength was not experimentally verified in the PI formulation. Throughout the research, the assumption that the tensile strength corresponds to 1/10 of the compressive strength was confirmed. This ratio is also fulfilled by the sample formula C1. A tensile strength in the range from 16.0 to 19.5 MPa can be assumed for the PI mixture.
Vizuálne vyhodnotenie vzoriek preukázalo, že sadanie drôtikov druhého typu (ťahová pevnosť vyššia ako 2000 MPa, dĺžka 8-15 mm) bolo eliminované vďaka podopreniu drôtikmi prvého typu (ťahová pevnosť 350 - 450 MPa, dĺžka 25 - 35 mm) a hrubým kamenivomPrevention of fiber deposition on the bottom surface of concrete was directly demonstrated by various experiments. In the experiment shown in Figures 1 and 2, fine aggregates were not intentionally added to the mixture to expose the internal material structure and fiber distribution. Visual evaluation of the samples showed that the placement of the wires of the second type (tensile strength higher than 2000 MPa, length 8-15 mm) was eliminated due to the support of the wires of the first type (tensile strength 350-450 MPa, length 25-35 mm) and coarse aggregate.
The homogeneity of the concrete was also monitored on the sample sections and evaluated by a special computer program ASEF, which was developed for this purpose (see Fládr, J., Hejnic, F., Bílý, P .: Verification of homogeneity of hardened reinforced concrete by image analysis. / 2016, pp. 10-13. ISSN 1213 - 3116). The resulting curve obtained by evaluating the sample in Figure 3 shows that the wire distribution is very close to ideal, demonstrating that the wire is not deposited on the bottom surface.
A small variance in the results of the mechanical properties test can also be considered as indirect proof of the prevention of fiber deposition on the lower concrete surface. The dispersion of the results of the compressive and transverse tensile tests increases considerably when the wires sit at the bottom of the concrete element. The material becomes inhomogeneous due to the uneven distribution of the wires, resulting in stress stress concentrations, premature crack formation and a decrease in strength. The examples given for the test results have very little variance.
Jeho aplikácia v reálnych konštrukciách jednoznačne povedie k výraznej subtílnos ti konštrukcií oproti konštrukciám betónovaným z bežných štandardných betónov a z betónov s vysokými pevnosťami a k ich vyššej životnosti. The ultra-high strengths of reinforced concrete, which are the subject of this solution, predetermine its use in concrete construction. Its application in real constructions clearly will lead to a significant subtility of constructions compared to concretes made of standard and high strength concretes and their longer service life. The use of reinforced concrete is predicted primarily for constructions that cannot be realized under the current conditions, ie. j. Extremely statically demanding and complex details of concrete structures in terms of their reinforcement by both concrete and prestressing reinforcement, and structures exposed to extreme environmental conditions.
The industrial use of reinforced concrete contributes to its production, which can be carried out by conventional machinery of concrete.
Významné sú tiež veľmi malé pretvorenia zo zmršťovania a dotvarovania, plynúce zo skladby štruktúry pri použití kovových vlákien, ktoré stužujú štruktúru vyrobeného drôtobetónu.Also very small deformations from shrinkage and creep resulting from the structure of the structure using metal fibers which reinforce the structure of the produced reinforced concrete are also significant.
