Abstract

This spiral insert is mainly designed to be used together with a fluid heating element such as an oil space heater made of Teflon, for example. The background of this spiral insert is an insert being used arranged between partitioned parts of a U-shaped spiral. When this insert is shaped like the letter H, a groove receiving the spiral is a recess (1) having a shape corresponding to the cross section of the spiral.

V súčasnosti sa do kvapalinových vyhrievacích telies s elektrickou vyhrievacou špirálou montujú špirály rôznej konštrukcie. Keď je teleso dlhšie respektíve štíhlejšie, dochádza k deformácií tohto telesa a potom sa opiera o vnútornú stenu vyhrievacieho telesa, alebo dôjde ku kontaktu vlastnej konštrukcie špirály. V iných prípadoch sa po zapnutí špirála rozochveje, pričom môže vydávať doprovodný nežiaduci zvukový efekt. Ďalším nežiaducim efektom je vibrovanie voľného konca špirály pri preprave, čím môže dôjsť k poškodeniu zvarov na telese špirály a príruby. Aby sa predchádzalo týmto nežiaducim efektom, tak sa na opačnom konci od elektrického napájania špirály, v konštrukcii plášťa vyhrievacieho telesa vytvorila oporná konzola, ktorá podopiera voľný koniec špirály. Takto riešená konštrukcia podpery voľného konca špirály nesie so sebou zvýšené náklady na výrobu a montáž opornej konzoly v telese špirály.
