The invention relates to the final stages of cleaning the sleeves on paint rollers, in other words, the treatment of the bristles, or the acrylic-polyamide replacements thereof, after washing and rinsing the sleeve with water, hence, the complete drying and realignment of the bristles. The invention further relates to a device, comprising a protective housing (2,) with a hole (21), into which the freely rotatable roller (11) is fixed, by means of the grip (12) and the collecting container (3). The front side (111) of the roller (11) is provided with a carrier (4), with a hole (41) into which the end (51) of the drive shaft (5), with the drive (6) engages.
